America has been founded to be a republic, but lately, it seems that a republic is too inept to take care of it's own people. Is a republic really a good idea to have? At least with a monarchy, you tend to get stability. I have chosen an absolute form of rule, instead of constitutional, as to me, a constitutional monarchy. With a constitutional monarcy, you have a parliament in charge. Don't believe me? Is Elizabeth II nothing more than a figurehead? Ceremony? I rest my case.
People do tend to think that absolute rule=tyranny, and while that can be the case, it's not ALWAYS the case.
