We are petitioning to the open a doggy daycare at N58 W39835 Industrial Rd Oconomowoc, WI 53066. We are told that we can not get the permits to open the daycare in Waukesha County it is considered a commercial kenneling facility and therefore must be on a minimum of 3 acres of land.
After researching all doggy daycare, boarding, and kennelling facilities in the Waukesha County area we have come to find that a minimum of 50% of these facilities do not meet this requirement.
We feel that we will be providing a needed service to the community and after many discussions with residents have found that there is a strong interest in this type of facility being provided.
We, the undersigned, ask Waukesha County and the Town of Oconomowoc to allow Lake Country Dog to establish it's Doggy Daycare & Grooming facility at the location of N58 W39835 Industrial Rd Oconomowoc, WI 53066.
