Western Sunset Homeowners Association Petition # 1 - Removal of the current remaining board members Kevin Kelly, President and Tom Hoime, Vice President in accordance with the By-Laws, Western Sunset, Article V, Section 3: Removal (see attached).
The removal upon approval by a majority vote of all the Members of the Association would be effective immediately and a re-election to take place by a Membership Meeting of the Association in accordance with the By-Laws, Western Sunset, Article IV Section 3: Notice of Meetings, and Section 4: Quorum (see attached).
