Allegiance to the U. S. Constitution by We the People

This petition was published by Logan Bell on Apr 19, 2009

We the People, believe that the true power lies with the private citizens of the United States. We believe the founding fathers intentions were, according to the Constitution; that “the People” control the government, not for the government to control “the People”.

"We the People, the undersigned, do hereby affirm to support and defend the United States Constitution."

"We the People, hereby affirm to support only those elected officials, whom honor their sacred oath to support and defend the United States Constitution."

"We the People, believe all laws, policies, taxes, treaties, resolutions and executive orders must strictly adhere to the United States Constitution."

"We the People, hereby request immediately examination of the following laws, in relation to their adherence to the United States Constitution ."

1. The Federal Reserve Act(1913)- Title 12

Violations-
Section 8, U. S. Constitution(1783)- "Powers Granted to Congress". To coin money, regulate the value thereof, and of foreign coin, and fix the standard of weights and measures;

Section 9, U. S. Constitution(1783)-No capitation, [or other direct,] tax shall be laid, unless in proportion to the census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken.

3. USA PATRIOT Act (2001)-

Violations-
Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion, Speech, and the Press; Rights of Assembly and Petition (ratified December 15, 1791) It violates the First Amendment to the Constitution three times.

Amendment 4 - Search and Arrest Warrants (ratified December 15, 1791) The Patriot Act, now passed into law by Congress, has revoked the necessity for probable cause, and now allows the police, at any time and for any reason, to enter and search private property.

Amendment 6 - Right to a Speedy Trial (ratified December 15, 1791)

We the People of the United States, do hereby affirm to form an organized resistance, to counter any attempt to undermine the United States Constitution, adopted on September 17, 1787, by the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, ratified by conventions in each U.S. state in the name of "The People".
