Stop Bullying in North Dakota Schools

Background (Preamble):
I was submitted to bullying in school, back then nothing was ever done and parents usually saw it as something normal. It is not normal or ok for anyone to be subject to that.
My daughter has been having this happen to her and I want it to be a law so that kids no it is not ok to do this anymore and they will be punished or have something happen if they try.

As parents we need to stand up and say NO!!! Please help with this so that, we never have another kid attacked by a bully.
