West Campus was built in 1916, and we believe that it should be part of saving part of Pekin's History.

The undersigned, being genuinely concerned and desiring a cohesive community effort to move forward with a plan for West Campus, hereby petition the Mayor and Commissioners of the City of Pekin to identify West Campus and its site as a priority for rehabilitation and development and to extend the TIF district and other economic incentive oppurtunities and planning resources as needed to further this priority.
