Background (Preamble):
Recent happenings at 14664 Scarlet Oak have the residents at Scarlet Oak and Oracle Oak concerned. There have been 15-20 cars documented visiting this household at all hours of the day. They drive recklessly with no concern to children or animals in the vicinity.
Possible illegal activity is assumed. There is always someone outside or several people having parties in the garage at all hours. Vandalism has occured. Pornographic images and statements were spray painted on two abonded cars in front of this home. (Vehicle abatement was called & the cars were towed away.)
Beer bottles were thrown at the stop sign of Oracle Oak & Charter Oak on 05/28/05. The same brand of cigarette butts were found among this broken glass that are in front of this home. There has been constant littering. Fast food bags, cigarette butts that blow in the wind that fall in neighbors' yards, soda bottles and cans make a trail from 14664 Scarlet Oak to the entrance of Oak Hills.
The above issues devalue our neighborhood and make our neighborhood undesireable.
