Petition Background (Preamble):

Children who attend Gideons Elementary School on Mary St have no safe option for crossing Metropolitan Pkwy, the closest intersection to the school heading West.

Petition:

We, the undersigned, call the City of Atlanta to install a traffic signal, with pedestrian crossing control, at the intersection of Mary St. and Metropolitan Pkwy.

This will greatly improve the safety of our children as the travel to and from the Gideon Elementary School located on Mary St.
