Petition for acceptance into European Studies at the American University in Cairo

Background (Preamble):
I have applyied to the diploma program in European Studies at the American University in Cairo twice and denied because of my 20 year-old GPA in which it's 2.25. I have a bachelor's degree of Agriculture and I wasn't interested at all. Right after the graduation I got married to a diplomatic that considered to be a watershed of my life and I've joined him in his work assignments in Moscow, London, Beriut conscecutively, we spend 4 years in each country.
I participated in various seminers and conferences with Mrs.Susan Mubarak,the first lady of Egypt. Spending 20 years in political world changed my outlook on life as well as these experinces instilled me the desire to be provided academically. It's very important to me to get this diploma to startover again. Besides it'll help me in our travels in which I wish to be a good representitive of Egypt. Moreover, I choose this diploma because most of our travels concern about Europe that's why I needed so much . And it's not fair to judge me from 20 years ago when life is changing everyday.
