The Depeche Mode have a huge legion of fans in Portugal, where in 1993 they gave the first concert in Portugal.
Returning after 13 long years of waiting, they were received with the hope of a second concert, but the fans were disappointed to see it canceled after the trauma of health of the singer Dave Gahan.
Due to cancellations in Portugal with the Depeche Mode concert in July 2006 and July 2009, the club of fans in Portugal and the Portuguese fans of Depeche Mode, hereby ask Depeche Mode to record a DVD of the Tour of the Universe in November 2009 at the Atlantic Pavilion.
