Background (Preamble):
This petition is to delay Poland's membership in the European Union.
Poland is currently to join the European Union in the year 2004.

Petition:
We ask the European Comission to delay Poland membership in the European Union until the legal and public insurance system will fulfill high standars of modern western democracy. The Republic of Poland is currently forcing foreign
citizens with dual nationality for its citizenship in violation of European Citizenship Convention, which
puts at risk milions of citizens and prospective citizens, residents of foreign non-European countries at administrative risk to be full members of tax and public insurance systems of European Union against their will.
The current public welfare system is forcing Polish citizens for health and retirement insurance which together with
the citizeship law, practically prohibiting abandonce of the citizenship
makes is totalitarian.
