We, the undersigned, are horrified that Australian officials have ignored the critical plight of the Christmas Island Pipistrelles, and have taken no action to save them despite the fact that only 20 creatures are still alive.

These bats may not survive the full year of 2009 due to predators and lack of compassion from the Australian government.
