Naruto has been running for more than 20 years now. The show - especially the character - has impacted so many lives and is beloved by all. If Kishimoto kills him off just for Boruto's character development then it would have been better if the show ended at just shippuden. I understand that the show now focuses on Boruto and it is only understandable to lessen Naruto's presence. But there are multiple ways to achieve that without having to kill him off. Also, not everyone has to have a dead parents in order to have a justifiable sob story. Character development can be found in so many other ways. Naruto deserves to live out his life happily. That being said, after everything theyve been through - even Sasuke deserves in life ( NOT death) happiness too.
We call to Masashi Kishimoto, creator of Naruto and Boruto - to guarantee that Naruto Uzumaki stay alive throughout the entire series. Otherwise, you will have disappointed an entire fanbase and ruin multiple childhoods.
