1. Reprint Foreign Love Affair in English 
Yamane Ayano is one of the most popular yaoi manga artists globally. Her works have been translated in English, French, German and other languages.
Yet, her works sell quickly and have limited printings within the English speaking community.
One such volume was Foreign Love Affair, one of her older but very successful works. It had a very limited run and went out of print almost immediately. This is a tragedy for those who wish to purchase her books legitimately, as they are forced to pay upwards of $100 for second hand books. None of that money is seen by Yamane Ayano or DMP.
This petition will grant OTAKU CITIZENS the right to MARRIAGE with a 2D CHARACTER (from anime, manga, video games, etc.). The Otaku community must unite to bring about change to this great country, and make it even greater. Our plight is akin to that of gays; a forbidden yet deeply tantalizing relationship with a taboo race...
A fellow Otaku in Japan tried to create a petition over there for the same reasons, yet did not get enough signatures. I aim not only to get enough signatures to make 2D marriage legal here in the U.S.A. but also GLOBALLY.
Join the cause for equality of 3D and 2D Otaku citizens!
3. Release Super Mario Kun in English!
Super Mario-Kun is a Japanese-published Mario manga series written by Yukio Sawada and published by Shogakukan.
The manga is printed monthly in CoroCoro Comic. They contained many of the characters and scenarios of various Mario games, including Super Mario World and Paper Mario.
4. Write more Sesshomaru and Rin
Rumiko Takahashi is the author of Inuyasha. He ended the series of Rin living with Kaede for a few years.
I wish for Rumiko Takahashi to write a follow up with Sesshomaru and Rin.
Bisco Hatorivwrote millennium snow volume 1 and 2. It ended with a cliffhanger.
He has not said if there is going to be a book 3.
I am hoping we will convince him to continue his amazing series.
6. Extend the Crescent Moon series
Haruko Iida wrote 6 books. At the end of the 6th book one of the characters said that it wasn't over.
I am hoping that Haruko Iida hears our plea and writes more books.
7. American release of Makoto Yukimura's 'Vinland Saga'
Vinland Saga is set in Dane-controlled England at the start of the 11th century, and features the Danish invaders of England commonly known as Vikings. The story combines a dramatization of King Cnut the Great's historical rise to power with a revenge plot centered on the historical explorer Thorfinn, the son of a murdered ex-warrior.
The presentation and style of the series has been compared by reviewers to the more realistically grounded segments of Kentaro Miura's classic dark fantasy manga Berserk.
Vinland Saga has been commercially successful in Japan, with combined sales of 1.2 million copies for the first five volumes as of June 2008, and several volumes appeared on the Taiyosha top ten best-selling manga list. The series was nominated for the 2008 Manga Taisho award. In 2009, it was awarded the Grand Prize in the manga division of the Japan Media Arts awards. Vinland Saga has attracted the attention of the international manga community and has received a glowing review by The Comics Journal.
Makoto Yukimura's historical epic is worthy of its praise for it astonishing artwork and storytelling. Vinland Saga deserves the right to be on all bookshelves and read by all.
8. Bring Moon Kana to Romania!
Kana have had a lot of concerts in Europe, because she really loves her fans.
If she knew about her Romanian fans, she would probably think to come to Romania.
If we get enough signatures, I will send her the petition. Our purpose is to bring her in Romania at Otaku 2013.
9. Stop Yaoi Con From Leaving the San Francisco Bay Area
Digital Manga has announced that they will move Yaoi Con from the San Francisco Bay Area to Los Angeles starting 2012.
Yaoi Con has been in the Bay Area for 10 years. There is ample support for this convention here, as there is already an established fan base and a large LGBT community here.
The petition link will be sent to Akadot when we get at the least 100 signatures, otherwise, I do not think it will make an impact. It is important to spread the word!
10. Get a UK Release for Squid Girl
With the Squid Girl anime selling well in America, so well that they are now planning Blu Ray releases for the series, it is a show that I think would be well recieved in the UK.
It's a comedy based around a Squid invading humanity, and currently has a second season airing at the moment in Japan. If you have not heard of it, please go to www.crunchyroll.com and you can see the first and what has currently aired of the second season on here.
We need at least 100 or 250 people to sign this petition to start this manga me and my friend are making.

12. New Site for Manga and Anime
Well there are less and less sites with manga and anime and some don't have them all.
The US portion of Tokyopop is closing down.
Yes, you did hear me correctly.
So to all you manga fans out there, we have to stop this. Think about it, even to those of you who read online manga. This is going to affect EVERY SINGLE manga reader out in the US. First, Tokyopop was one of the most reliable distributors of manga in the US, taking up titles like "Maid-Sama", "Hetalia", and "Chibi Vampire", just to name a few. Through their selection of hundreds of series, they have given the best translation and the best quality manga.
For those of you mangafox.com or other manga site users, I'm sure that HALF of the manga scans up there are from Tokyopop books. It will be much harder for ALL of us to find the manga we want to read, or for us to get it faster.
WE CANNOT ALLOW THEM TO BE SHUT DOWN.
None of us can allow this.
Thus, this petition has been created.
To all of you out there, I'm counting on you to help me keep Tokyopop's US based operations running.
They will not go down. WE will not go down.

most people have televisions, but not all people have internet so i propose that there should be an anime channel just for us. if there was one then everyone could experience the joys of anime! but unless wetry we won't ever know what could be. so lets stand up and fight instead hiding in the shadows. soi say thank you to all who read this.

Thousand of anime fans want to have a second season of Soul Eater. Why? because All characters in Soul Eater are unique for action genre.They so lively and easy for people to accept them.
Although, it finished but the manga is continuing and have really amazing plot.So why not having a second season.
Shugo Chara! was adapted into an anime television series of the same title in 2007. The television series is produced by Satelight under the direction of Kenji Yasuda and was first broadcast on the Japanese network, TV Tokyo. Consisting of fifty-one episodes, the first episode, "A Guardian Character is Born!"aired on October 6, 2007.
A second year of episodes, under the title Shugo Chara!! Doki—began airing the week after the fifty-first episode, on October 4, 2008;
On August 25, 2009,Shugo Chara party was aired and has finished with only 25 episodes with a very unsatisfying ending which left loads of fans disappointed and confused as to wheather this is the very final episode.

22. Black Bird Manga Should Be an Anime Too
If you have read the Black Bird manga by Kanoko Sakurakoji, then it would be amazing to see this as an anime! Black Bird was given a Shogakukan Manga award for Shojo Manga!
If you haven't read this manga, then you should go out and buy it, it is funny, romantic, and there is alot of action! If you like Vampire Knight, then you'll also love Black Bird.
23. Junjo Romantica. What is going on?
So far I've been hearing that there will be no more Junjo Romantica. I've been searching for the answer, I've looked every where, and I can't seem to find out whether or not there will be a third season of Junjo Romantica! I have no idea on where to find the dvds with English sub titles to catch up and find out what's going on!
I'm not sure if its just a rumor or if the auothr/director has decided to take a break from it!? Is this really the end for Junjo Romantica?! I've found out that the 12th manga book for JR comes out August 31,2010 but I'm not positive if its the 12 book I may be wrong.But someone please update me on whats going on.This is the very first of me hearing that this is the end of "JR"?

Suzuka (涼風?) is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Kouji Seo. The series is a character-driven romance story that uses the athletics of track and field as a subplot. The story primarily follows the life of the teenager Yamato Akitsuki, who moved to Tokyo to change himself, and his main love interest Suzuka Asahina, a talented and highly scouted high jumper who lives in Yamato's aunt's dormitory and attends his new high school.
Suzuka was serialized in the Japanese magazine Weekly Shōnen Magazine published by Kodansha. It was adapted into a twenty-six episode anime series and aired on TV Tokyo in Japan between 6 July 2005 and 28 December 2005. Both versions of the series have been licensed for release in North America by two different companies. The manga has been licensed for publication by Del Rey Manga under their mature line. The anime series has been licensed and is being released by FUNimation Entertainment.
Suzuka has also made the transition into other media. A twenty-six episode anime directed by Hiroshi Fukutomi and co-produced by Studio Comet and Marvelous Entertainment ran from July through December 2005. The anime was later translated into English and released on DVD by Funimation Entertainment. Two light novels written by Ayuna Fujisaki based on the series have also been released.

26. Make a Chibi Vampire Season Two!
Chibi Vampire (Karin) the anime was a wonderful anime. People of Japan and the U.S. all enjoyed it. However, I feel alittle left open at the end.
Sure the ending was good, but I feel like a second could explain more. Like what will happen between Maki and Winner? How will Karin and Kenta turn out?
And everyone knows they love a good nosebleed!
Many Japanese games are not translated into English. We believe that this is due to the amasses of idiots, who are into only sport games and FPS.
We, of the Otaku Republic, are here to protest, the lack of Japanese games being translated!
Translating these games would not be that hard, would earn you more money then less, and would please the growing Otaku Republic.
Do the right thing, TRANSLATE!!!
28. Bring MCM Expo's Cosplay Roadshow to Norwich/Norfolk/East Anglia
There are various anime/manga, videogame, cosplay and media conventions around the country, but nothing substantial in East Anglia.
This petition is to gather support for such an event happening in this region, and also in support of the MCM Expo Group and its events.
The MCM Expo group is willing to bring their recently announced Cosplay Roadshow to this region if enough interest is generated.
This petition also serves as information about the fan base level in the region for other events to hopefully happen as well.

29. Junjou Mistake to be continued in the next of the Junjou Romantica manga volumes
Shungiku Nakmura's Junjou Mistake manga was released together with the DVDs of Junjou Romantica. Junjou Mistake is a Drama and yaoi. It has only six chapters by now.
Since it come only with the Junjou Romantica anime DVDs it probably would end with these six chapters.
