I don't know why I wasn't invited to my son's wedding except that his father, my ex-husband, offered him $10,000 to NOT invite me to his wedding, and the kid took the money for a down-payment on a house, probably.
What do you think of a son whose father offered him $10,000 w/the proviso that the young man NOT invite his son's mother to his wedding?
Sadly, money speaks louder than cherished time spent with children watching them growing up, it seems.
