The portion of 120th Street, between Wilmington Boulevard and Willowbrook Avenue, is the site of racing, excessive speeds and traffice. In addition, the street is also used as overflow parking for the local hospital, Martin Luther King, Jr. County Hospital.
The speed bumps will deter racing and speeding and the over-flow parking will often results in excessive littering.

We, the residents of the 1900-2000 blocks of 120th Street between Wilmington Avenue and Willowbrook Avenue, requests that speed bumps and red-zoned parking and any other traffice controls measures be implemented to reduce and deter excessive noise and traffic.
