I believe that it is unfair that Xbox gamers shouldn't be able to refund a game they bought and do not enjoy, when companies such as steam are giving gamers access to complete their refunds unlimitedly and without questions. I know that Microsoft offer a 3 refund lifetime policy, which is not good enough for gamers whom have been on Xbox for a long time.
