I have installed PTCL Land Line and Broadband connection but nothing is working from the day it is installed. I have called them numerous time and every time they assure me that the complain will be closed at the earliest. In addition, i have also tweeted them 08 consecutive days but still no luck, This had happened me before when they sent me wrong bills and upon numerous requests they didn't responded. Now this is happening again and I am fed up with this approach and would like to register an electronic petition against PTCL.
My demand is to ban PTCL or atleast the responsible persons be punished so that this could not happen again in future to anyone. Come and Join me in this great cause. A step towards the better furture.
