Sing this petition to ask to his Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to host, as world racing leader, a special meeting organized in conjunction with representatives of the Bitless Racing Movement, to invite the main actors of the racing world.
The idea is to discuss openly about the possibility to change the rules to allow racehorses to train and race bitless, as an option for trainers. Specially for horses with damage in their mouth and sensitivity to the bit.
