Why are West Aussie’s left out of the Home Battery Rebate?
The ACT is doing it, Victoria and SA are doing it - So why isn’t WA?
The people of Perth/WA need grid connect batteries to smooth the grid.
We need the support of our state politicians, but for some reason there is very little or no support to get this over the line, unlike some of our fellow Australian states.
It's time we made some noise.. It’s time our state leaders woke up!
A grid connect home battery subsidy will be much cheaper than the cost of upgrading our grid to cope with our growing population and the influx of renewables. Not to mention it will avoid future power outages, we all know what happened to South Australia in 2016, we don’t want that to happen here, so let’s take some action by helping us spread the word far and wide that we just can’t wait any longer for battery storage subsidies in WA!
We, the undersigned, call on the WA Government to pass a Grid Connect Home Battery Subsidy.
A grid connect home battery subsidy will be much cheaper than the cost of upgrading our grid to cope with our growing population and the influx of renewables.
