West Kelowna City Council has granted 2nd reading for what would be the biggest single development the city has ever seen. This Blackmun Bay development is located in the Casa Loma community just south of the Bennett Bridge. The developer is proposing to build a 9 storey complex consisting of 358 apartments, 60 townhouses, a 120 room hotel, 750+ parking stalls and a 241 boat marina (see picture above).

We, the undersigned are residents of West Kelowna are opposed to the Blackmun Bay Development as presented to CWK Council.
