I am originally from the Kingdom of Lesotho. In Fall 2006, Weber State University International Student's Office Mr. Emami told me I had lost immigration status for a reason he would not reveal. After futile appeals to the University staff, I approached the local media. The University blamed the glitch for my loss of immigration status. It will be 4 years in September 2010 and the University is still refusing to fix their alleged computer errors.

Utah courts and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in Colorado refuse to hold Weber State University accountable for their damage. There are several intentional errors the University made in my student database shared with USCIS and other federal offices. For example, the University claims that I attended and enrolled in Masters in Criminal Justice in 1999 when this programme did not even exist at Weber State at that time. The fact of the matter is I enrolled in the course in fall 2005 planning to graduate in fall 2006 had it not been for the "glitch".
While waiting for the courts to order the University to fix my records so that I can obtain permissions at USCIS, I was arrested by ICE on December 22, 2009.
Please call upon the Weber State University President, Ann Millner and Utah Attorney General's Office of Mark Shurtleff to take the responsibility of their glitch, fix the wrongful data they intentionally and knowingly entered in my student database and issue necessary documents for me to do transactions with USCIS.
We, the undersigned, call on the Utah Attorney General's Office to take full responsibility to rectify Victoria Sethunya's records damaged by Weber State University and cease deportation proceedings intended to derail focus on the injustice done to her by Weber State University.
