In 2005 the Town of Cortlandt Zoning board "Decision and Order" revoked the Deresh's Building Permit. Taking away the families dream of building their own home in the Community they grew up in. The Town sided with the Neighbors; making the erroneous determination The DeResh lot was illegally subdivided.
We, the undersigned are requesting the Town Zoning Board to correct the injustice and issue the DeResh's their Building Permit.
