With our hearts filled with gratitude and appreciation for all the facilities that you have arranged for us in the Faculty of Business Studies, we have written this letter concerning a matter of our general welfare.
Many a times a student who is sick and needs some medicine, but cannot go far because of classes, feels troubled as the nearest pharmacy is quite far from the Academic buildings. May it be the need for some first aid in case of an emergency, or the need for some scheduled medicine, it gets really inconvenient when we look for such a shop nearby. It would be really helpful for us if a dispensary could be opened in our vicinity.
We hope you will kindly consider this request of ours and take the necessary steps to bring it into action.
"We, the undersigned, request your kind approval for the opening of a dispensary in our neighbourhood so that we can take a healthy approach in our classes and any medical emergency can easily be brought under control."
