WazirX is an India-based cryptocurrency exchange & trading platform, This platform is now backed by Binance. In the past two months, thousands of people who deposited money to this exchange have lost their hard-earned money. Although, the money was debited, it till date has not got credited on the trading platform's wallet neither has it been reversed back.
The customer care support is pathetic and there is no contact point except email to reach out these people. Many of us have lost their money are are following up every day to at least get an update from them. This petition is to get our grievances heard and to get our money back. It is high time that we stand against such malpractices and pathetic customer experience.
We, the undersigned, call on the global regulatory bodies and Binance to take take action WazirX malpractices and resolve the matter at the earliest.
