To appeal against to refused planning permission which was turned down as the development would adversely affect the amenities enjoyed by nearby residents, and thus the character of the surrounding area, as a result of the additional activity created outside the building, particularly in the evenings and at weekends.
Please support this petition and our proposed smoking and patio area design.
We feel this enhances the club and has created an area which can be enjoyed by the whole family and has improved the look of the rear of the building.
Particular attention has been made in double glazing the shelter to reducing noise levels and a roof fitted to the top would enhance this still further.
The structure is for the benefit of smoking and non smoking members as is the enlarged patio area which has replaced the derelict greenhouse.
