Town of Morgan Plan does not provide for Quarry zoning in this area of the town.
Planning Commission originally voted rezone request down.
Town Board sent request back to Plan Commission without substance.
Plan Commission should not have re-examined issue unless new information was presented regarding the rezone.
We, the landowners of Morgan, request the Oconto County Board of Adjustments vote down the Agricultural to Quarry Overlay rezone request of the Michael Connelly property on Elm Lawn Road.
We feel the Plan of the Town does not support quarry rezones in this area of the Town and that the Town Board is in error for approving this request.
