I propose a PLAYGROUND for our children, community funded activities, basic television cable, handyman on staff, an actual gated community that restricts tailgating and unauthorized pedestrians, LOWER HOA DUES to offset water usage, structural repairs, adequate security surveillance, a professional management team, etcetera.
The Victoria Heights community is deteriorating and I am seeking your support to help restore our community to its full potential. I do understand that it takes time, effort and much patience to complete the work at hand. However, the current Board of Directors have been and still remains complacent. The current Board of Directors continues to announce structural renovation plans to appease property owners, despite the fact, the actual conditions of our community is worsening. Nonetheless, constructive and tangible improvements are not being made, though, we are assessed a “special assessment” fee continuously each year.
What must we do to build a better community? The answer to this question is simple and as follows:
- Recall and replace the current Board Members, the source of our community issues.
- Terminate Heritage Property Management Services contract and hire a better team.
- Vote by signing this petition and become an advocate for change in your community!

PETITION TO RECALL AND REPLACE EXISTING VICTORIA HEIGHTS HOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The purpose of this petition is to gather a significant amount of signatures from eligible Victoria Heights Homeowners voting to recall the current Board of Directors. We the Members of the Victoria Heights Homeowners Association (VHHOA) have been presented and understand the purpose of this petition, the reason for recalling the following Board of Directors: Gala Britt (President), Donovan Adams (Vice President), David McLeod (Treasurer), Janice Starks (Secretary), Seema Kaushal (Board Member), Jean-Paul Elbekian (Board Member) and Ally Heely (Board Member). The Victoria Heights Homeowners Association feel that the current Board has misrepresented community funds for frivolous activities and have not made suitable improvements to increase property value.
The Victoria Heights Homeowners Association also feel that the Board has been complacent; failure to utilize community funds to administer the proper maintenance and preservation of our community. Therefore, the Victoria Heights Homeowners Association requests a special meeting according to Article II, Section 2 of the Bylaws to recall the entire Board of Directors and nominate replacements.
