Penguins are people too. They deserve the same rights as any other legal immigrants. They will help support our economy and structure. Penguins are good and they need rights! Sign if you are not heartless. Penguins deserve better treatment as U.S. citizens! If people can immigrate, so can Penguins! Stop being species-ist people. Give rights to Penguins! Just Penguins though, not Polar Bears because they will eat us.
Penguins will have the same U.S. citizen rights available as any other legal immigrant or person wanting citizenship.
