On Novembor 8th, Donald Trump became the US President-Elect by winning the Electoral Vote. On November 9th, Hillary Clinton won the US popular vote. This is only the fifth time in history this has happened, but the second time in just 16 years.
The Electoral College does not cast their actual votes until December 19th, 2016. The Electoral College was put in place by our Founding Fathers to protect the people. Their votes ultimately decide who becomes the next President.
We ask Electors in states where the Electoral College votes are slated to go to Donald Trump to do what's right and vote for the presidential candidate that won the Country's popular vote, Hillary Clinton.
