Hereby we state out the requiements after discuess among the group members
This petition is exclusively for Razakmas residence. We seek the developer to asses and also to solve the following matters.
1) The main issue is that all the corridors are simen and are totally not acceptable for good living conditions and workmanship.
2) We also seek for the developer of Razakmas residence to revised the 99 leasehold which stated in the SPA to expire 2099 to the correct year as it is less then 99 years leasehold.
3) To provide the front door of all units to solid wood timber doors as per the SPA
4) To reduce the maintaince fees & renovation deposit for all the units
5) Should there be any advertisement in the building without the unit owner consent we shall request for adequate compensation to be given to the JMB and the funds to be used only for the purpose of beautifying and maintenance of the building.
