In a post addressed to a Maria Casqueiro, Portuguese resident Ana Martins said "sigo esta estória do Mr. No Ears, mt mt pela rama mas já pensaram em endereçar convites a alguma imprensa do RU para vir ver o gato e ouvir o V/lado da estória?
In ENGLISH - Ana is suggesting to Maria "have you ever considered to extend invitations to any press of the UK to come see the cat and hear the [other] side of the story?"
We the supporters of Mr No Ears and his carers Amigos dos Gatos do Algarve think that is a brilliant idea and we have chosen the Daily Mail Newspaper (circulation 1,657,867) to do an interview with Andreia Martins and Paulo Baptista at their home in Souzela, Moreira, Lousada, to show the world just how happy and well-adjusted Mr No Ears is, and how much better his ears and general health are since he has been in their care.
So we would like all the friends of Mr No Ears from around the world to sign this petition and perhaps leave a comment telling the Editor of the Daily Mail, why you would like to see this happen....and share this petition with your friends.

We, the friends and friends of friends of famous street-cat of the Algarve, Mr No Ears, ask Paul Dacre, the Editor of the Daily Mail Newspaper, London, to authorise an interview (with the British press, as suggested by Portuguese resident Ana Martins) - with Andreia Martins and Paulo Baptista together with Mr No Ears in their home in Lousada, Portugal, to show the world how much better his ears are and how well-adjusted and happy this semi-feral cat is now, living as a domestic cat indoors with them and their 40 (approx) other 'mostly sick' cats indoors away from his colony and family in Albufeira.
