Life should mean life, if you murder someone and you get life, you die in prison. Scum is walking the streets knowing full well they will get a pathetic sentence, it's time things changed.
If someone you love was taken from you, murdered by scum, would you be happy that life was 15 years? life should mean life.
If you were mugged and the mugger got 3 months in prison would you be happy? Teenagers carrying knives, lock them up, don't pamper them with pool tables in prison, they are scum.
