The Draft Torquay Town Centre Plan proposes up to 5 storey development.
If this plan is adopted by council, the preferred height will increase from 3 to 5 storeys and developers can still go to VCAT to go higher.
If you are against buildings higher than 3 storeys, please sign the petition.
