On December 10, 1996, a three-member panel of the Ontario Court of Appeal unanimously ruled that a young lady, Gwen Jacob, had not violated community standards by walking topless down a street in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
We, the undersigned, petition to allow women the equal right to be topless in such public places as men are allowed.
