Tokio Hotel are a German band which have a released an English album called "Scream". This album was fantastic and so are all their other songs. Because they are a German band they don't do any concerts in England.
This petition is being written to ask you to sign it so that Tokio Hotel will come to England. If enough people sign this then it will be sent to Tokio Hotel directly to see what they say.
