Little Anaïs (7 years old) was taken away from her mother five months ago, for no good reason, and placed with her father, whose parents have been suspected of ill-threat.

Anaïs’s father is a lawyer and is very well connected in Geneva’s legal community.
Many worrying facts show that justice is systematically being bent to the benefit of the father in this case: partial and selectively abridged expert reports, connivance between her father and the lawyer responsible for defending the child's interests, the judge’s refusal to listen to witnesses accusing the grandparents of serious ill-threat.

The Geneva courts are thus seriously endangering the health of this child.

On December 12, 2018, the judge issued an order for urgent measures granting exclusive custody of my daughter to her father. However, nine days earlier, based on the same evidence, the same judge issued an order which confirmed the custody of Anaïs to her mother, including visitation rights for the father, excluding overnight stays.
Anaïs refused to sleep over to her father's place from january 2017.
The very evening of 12 December, even before TPAE (xxx) had delivered its official decision and before SPMI (xxx) was able to organize adequate measures to accompany the little girl, the father came and collected Anaïs at the exit from her school and took her away with him.
The next day, Anaïs was not able to attend her school, because her father, at the risk of causing her further upset, tried to put her into another school. The mother had to intervene on an emergency basis to enable Anaïs to rejoin her school and thus regain at least some of her composure.
The same judge allowed Anaïs’s paternal grandparents the possibility of custody, despite the attendant risk.
The same judge was informed several times about the father’s violations of the terms of custody, but took no action.
Little Anaïs has not been allowed to see her mother since 12 December 2018!
Little Anaïs has not been allowed to speak up, to speak her mother tongue or to visit her greek familly since she is represented by a lawyer forced by the Tribunal who is helping the father and his parents.
