Binghamton police department are refusing to do anything about the homeless people loitering at the old big lots on State Street they continue to use drugs and overdose EMS has told us to no longer call them because every time they show up they refuse medical helpevery time the cops go over there they leave within 30 seconds
We are seeking a no trespassing sign and for police to enforce it we want to feel safe in this community and at night when people have to walk home they shouldn't have to constantly look over our shoulder to make sure they're not followed
