Prove to the City Council of Midland and Town Officials that there is not only need, but a passion and desire from the citizens of Midland and the Permian Basin to allow Local Food Trucks to peacefully co-exist with all business'.
We, the undersigned, call on the City Council and Town Officials of Midland and Odessa that the Local Food Trucks are needed, wanted and loved by the citizens of the Permian Basin for the following reasons:
1. To provide an alternative to restaurants
2. Food Trucks provide gainful employment to members of our Community
3. Provides tax revenue to the Permian Basin
