For years now, white racist men and women have been calling the police on black people doing everyday normal activities.
These complaints usually result in no action being taken.
Not only are these people putting black women and men in danger by using their privilege, but they are also wasting the time of the 911 operator that needs to respond to actual emergencies!
We are demanding that these people be penalized with the following:
1. 911 abuse; resulting in a class 1 misdemeanor.
2. Disturbing the Peace; resulting in a class 1 misdemeanor.
3. Felony charges (If the person they are making the call against is attacked or killed by the perpetrator or police due to false accusations.
4. Jail time (See #3)
5. Fines up to 2,500
We, the undersigned, call on the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Senate, and President Trump to pass the Stop Killing Us Act to prevent another useless racist attack against black men and women that can result in harm or end of life.
