There are numerous media reports on increasing cases of infectious diseases outbreaks in Ukraine where the US military biological laboratories are located. The facts proved various experts' opinions on new-generation biological weapons development as well as probable leaks of disease causing agents in these US military facilities.
We, as the undersigned, call on the Foreign & Commonwealth Office to announce the UK’s official stance on the US military biological laboratories' activity in Ukraine. We believe this country is not capable to ensure the security of such facilities due to the ongoing armed conflict between the government forces and pro-Russian separatists.
Permanent representative to the United Kingdom's Delegation to NATO Sarah MacIntosh should make the American side give guaranties that these laboratories do not pose a threat to European security. In addition, Ms Sarah MacIntosh should be ensured by her American counterparts that terrorists will not be able to gain any biological hazardous substances developed or stored in the US military laboratories in Ukraine.
