Zoroaster Aldobrandini, Zarathushtra Spitama or Ashu Zarathushtra was the founder of Zoroastrianism Cult. He lived in what is called Ragha in AVESTAN which is in Aran & was part of the Persian Empire. Ragha means plain, hillside. Zoroaster's farther was from Tebodin in Media, his mother was from Ray, Pseudo-Zoroaster's patron was the King Vishtaspa, Pseudo-Hystaspes. He married Hvōvi who was a Avestan high priestess. He opposed the use of the homo plant in relation to Homo sapiens. He also opposed polytheism & an oppressive class system in Prussia. According to the Talmud "A gentile . . . is liable for the death penalty . . . if he has invented a religious holiday for himself . . . The general principle is we do not allow them to make new religious rituals and to make 'mitzvahs' ["commandment;" sometimes "good deed or blessing"] for themselves by their own devices . . . if he does make some new 'mitzvah,' we lash him, punish him, and inform him that he is obligated [sic] with the death penalty for this." (Rambam Mishne Torah ~ Hilchose Melachim 10:9) Tractate Sanhedrin 57b. Homo plant means the divider & according to ancient studies this plant's most dangerous side effects include healing on various levels, joined peace, intellectual stimulation. The Homo plant has been kept illegal across the world by the elites. The Homo cannabis plant is known to make brainwashing & mind control techniques ineffective.

"There are no cannabis fossils on record. [24] Cannabis probably arrived on planet earth about 34 million years ago, an estimate based upon the seven shared parasites with Cannabis's "sister group" the Urticaceae (nettle) family and the lack of any shared parasites with cannabis's "cousin" the Moraceae (mulberry/fig) family. [25]
The first cannabis farmers? Nobody knows that for sure. What we do know is that there is evidence of cannabis pressed into pottery from 12,000 years ago from Taiwan – at the beginning of the Neolithic era (the age of farming). In a footnote to his 1977 book "The Dragons of Eden – Speculations on the Origin of Human Intelligence", Carl Sagan pointed out that cannabis is the only crop of the Pygmies, and posited that "It would be wryly interesting if in human history the cultivation of marijuana led generally to the invention of agriculture, and thereby to civilization."
We also know that as early as 1.75 million years ago Homo erectus migrated into Asia, where cannabis is thought to originate. [26] Some time between 1.8 million and 1 million years ago early humans learned to control fire. [27] Did they sit around hemp fires and get a whiff of that cannabis smoke while they "chewed the fat" from a recent hunt? Is this how we invented language?
It's even possible that earlier primates or mammals went after the cannabis seeds and then began distributing a few of the unchewed seeds in nice neat little piles of fertilizer a day's worth of travel away. I am told that human feces makes poor fertilizer ... maybe ape droppings fertilizer is better?
In his book "Intoxication", Author Ronald K. Siegel records cannabis self-administration by different animals. Mice, rats and birds would get intoxicated in the process of obtaining hemp seeds. Monkeys have been observed snacking on the top leaves of plants in South American pot farms. [28]
Endocannabinoids, the things that your body produces to get you high, are a lot older than humans. They are found in primates, mammals birds, amphibians, fish, sea urchins, molluscs, leeches and the Hydra vulgaris – a primitive water creature that never ages. Scientists estimate the first endocannabinoids are over 600 million years old. [29]"

- excerpt from Human and Cannabis Coevolution by David Malmo-Levine (2009)

" Origin of the association

No one knows exactly where Cannabis originated. DeCandolle (1884), a past master of ethnobotany, reported 'the species has been found wild, beyond a doubt, to the south of the Caspian Sea, near the Irtysch, in the desert of Kirghiz, beyond Lake Baikal'. Vavilov (1926) , perhaps our best expert on Cannabis origins, described plants 'of a primeval character' growing in the Altai mountains and western Siberia. McPartland et al. (2000) proposed a Cannabis origin in the rich alluvial soil surrounding the southern Altai or Tien Shan mountains. Hence it was somewhere in Central Asia that Homo sapiens first encountered Cannabis. Humans migrated from Africa into Central Asia at least 1.75 million years ago. Given this time frame, it seems conservative to estimate that humans first used Cannabis 12, 000 years ago.
Who first cultivated cannabis? Most of our crops are associated with classic civilisations: the Incas and Aztecs with potatoes and maize, Egyptians with wheat, and the Chinese with rice. It has been proposed that cannabis with associated with a lost civilisations, a Shangri La or Shambala of Central Asia (McEno, 1991). Alternatively, cannabis may have been domesticated by nomads, independent or erstwhile civilisations. Nomadic cultivation is supported by the simultaneous historical appearance of cannabis in several locations (china, India, Persia, Europe). The Altai and Tien Shen mountains flank the CEntral Asian steppes, a Neolithic 'nomad belt' stretching from the Black Sea to Mongolia. The Scythians, a Neolithic tribe of migrants, emerged from this territory at the dawn of history. 'Cannabis ruderalis' seeds have been unearthed from Scythian tombs in the Altai mountains. Herodotus (1906 reprint, written ca. 450 BCE) documented the Scythians carrying hemp seeds to Europe; the Scythians also migrated to India and China, where they may have transported cannabis germ plasm. After cannabis was carried across Eurasia, geographically isolated human communities began selecting plants for diverse purposes - for food (seed and seed oil), fibre and medicaments. These isolated areas of cannabis cultivation gave rise to the fantastic variety of plants we see today.

Cannabis Taxonomy and Evolution

Within the plant order Urticales, Endlicher (1837) created a separate family, the Cannabaceae, for Cannabis and her sister genus, Hummulus (hops). Subsequently, Bentham and Hooker (1880) moved Cannabis to the Urticaceae (the nettle family) and Engler and Prantl (1889) tranferred it to the Moraceae (the fig family). Most contemporary taxonomists assign Cannabis to the Cannabaceae or the Moraceae. The Urticaceae designation has fallen out of common use, although Schultes (1970) considered Cannabis more closely allied to the Urticaceae than to the Moraceae.
Fossil records of Cannabis are lacking, so the epoch when it evolved must be inferred from fossils or related plants. Whether Cannabis is more closely allied with the Moraceae or the Urticaceae bears directly upon this question- fossils suggest that the Moraceae is a much older family than the Urticaceae. Unfortunately, this 'family feud' has not been answered satisfactorily with morphological and phytochemical analyses. Another set of data, host plant-parasite relationships, may offer clues...
McPartland and Nicholson (20003) compared a monograph of Cannabis parasites (fungi, nematodes and insects) with lists of parasites that attack other plants. Seven obligate parasites of Cannabis were shared by hosts in the Urticaceae, wheras no obligate parasites of Cannabis were shared by hosts in the Moraceae. These results suggest that Cannabis shares a sister group relationship with the Urticaceae (whose convincing fossil record begins in the Oligocene epoch, 34 million years ago), instead of the Moraceae (with a fossil record dating to the early Eocene, 56 million years ago). Thus the Cannabaceae lineage evolved no earlier than 34 million years ago."

CANNABIS CULTURE – How the human race enhanced the cannabis plant … and how it returned the favor.

“Whatever THC’s original purpose may have been, as soon as a certain primate with a gift for experiment and horticulture stumbled on its psychoactive properties, the plant’s evolution embarked Does the human-cannabis connection predate humanity? (Photo by DoobieDuck)Does the human-cannabis connection predate humanity? (Photo by DoobieDuck)on a new trajectory, guided from then on by that primate and his desires.” – Michael Pollan, The Botany of Desire [1]

“Coevolution” is a concept described by Darwin [2] but first fleshed-out and defined in 1964 by insect scientist (entomologist) Paul Ehrlich and botanist Peter Raven, in their paper “Butterflies and plants: a study in coevolution”. [3] Put simply, coevolution is where two different living species help each other adapt and evolve by influencing each other.

Can one argue that this is occurring between cannabis and humans? Certainly, the partnership has been good for cannabis. Once confined to central Asia, cannabis has been distributed by humans to all four corners of the globe. Different cannabis species have developed due to human selection for industrial, nutritional or medicinal traits. Cannabis has become a stronger, more diverse, more adaptive and more widely-cultivated plant as a result of it’s relationship with us. [4]

Can the same thing be said for humans? What has the plant done for us?

Hemp seeds do happen to be the best food in the world for humans. [5] Nice of cannabis to evolve into a plant which produces seeds that contain all the essential fatty acids required for complete human health in the exact ratios required by humans. Coincidence? Or was the plant trying to get our attention somehow?

Also worth mentioning: cannabis may have been our first rope and fabric [6], our first “true” paper [7], and one of our first medicines. [8] The list of physical and mental medicinal actions that cannabis is involved in is a long one, and would take many pages to properly outline it’s entire scope. Suffice to say cannabis medicines may replace up to half of all synthetic medicines when fully researched. [9]

Then there’s that cannabis high. Truth be told, the economic and social desires to understand and obtain this high was a major impetus for the creation of Cannabis Culture Magazine. To a certain extent, it is the insights gathered during these moments of highness that have most deeply effected human culture. As psychonaut/poet Allen Ginsberg put it; “the vast majority all over the world … adjust to the strangely familiar sensation of time slowdown, and explore this new space through natural curiosity, report that it’s a useful area of mind-consciousness to be familiar with”. [10] Without attempting to list everything, what are some of the results of the insights found during the “time-slow cannabis high” [11] on human mental and cultural evolution?

On the less controversial side of things: pot-smoking piano players in the whorehouses of Storyville in New Orleans brought the world Jazz music. [12] Most, if not all of, the decent rock and reggae music after 1965 was composed while the artists were high – and probably over half of the best rap music. [13] The best comedy of the last twenty or thirty years? Potheads. [14] The personal computer and much of the decent software in this world? Potheads. [15] The best writers and poets? Potheads. [16] And I think it’s safe to say a very large percentage of professional athletes – especially NBA and Snowboarding athletes – had their professional performances enhanced when high – or by what they had learned while high. [17]

But let’s also speak more controversially: there is strong evidence Shakespeare [18] and Jesus [19] were also really, really high. The evidence for Jesus was that the holy “Christ/Messiah” anointing oil that was used during his baptism and for the healing miracles and duties of him and his apostles. The evidence for Shakespeare was that his pipes were full of cannabis resins. In fact, its fair to say that cannabis has had a profound effect on the minds of those behind many religions [20] and much of modern theater – which now also embraces Hollywood. [21] Say what you want about the benefits and drawbacks of religion and Hollywood, but you have to admit that the insight-filled “time-slow cannabis high” has been part of the process of human cultural evolution. Religion has brought us the Golden Rule. Hollywood brought us “They Live”, “Brazil”, and “Blade Runner”. Ultimately, humans have benefited from both relationships.

Aron H. LichtmanAron H. Lichtman
At the risk of endorsing animal experiments, which I almost always find completely useless in being able to tell anything relevant about human behavior (not to mention cruel), there has been a notable discovery from animal experiments regarding the cannabinoid receptors which may shed some light on the “insight” side of the high. In an article titled “Evaluation of CB1 receptor knockout mice in the Morris water maze” by Varvel and Lichtman [22], scientists took mice that had their cannabinoid receptors genetically “knocked out” – “knockout mice” – and put them in a tank of water with a small platform, comparing their performance in finding this platform with mice which still had their cannabinoid receptors.

Mouse on platformMouse on platformAs it turns out, the regular mice could learn to search out the platform when it was moved but the knockout mice could only learn where the platform was once. The knockouts could not relearn it’s new position when the platform was moved. This means that cannabinoid receptors have something vital to do with memory and problem solving. Dr. Robert Melamede has reflected on the water maze experiments and suggests there are FLPs and BLPs – Forward Looking People and Backward Looking People – the BLP’s missing out on some cannabinoid-related brain activity. Perhaps the BLP brains don’t produce enough cannabinoids on their own. According to Dr. Melamede, the extremely backward-thinking people such outgoing president Bush are the human equivalent of knockout mice. [23]

Perhaps if there was more pot smoking and less drinking going on in the White House, there would be less war and monopoly capitalism and more sustainable growth and wealth-sharing. You never know until you try.

Hopefully, this “knockout mice drown – CB1 receptors are important” info will empower scientists to stop drowning rodents and turn their attention to the study of well-cannabinized human subjects in their natural setting – like an Easy Star All-Stars concert or something. Maybe the researchers just need to smoke a bit more pot in order to become “forward-looking” enough to see how inhuman, insufficient and wasteful animal testing ultimately is.

Clearly, the huge bibliography of anecdotal evidence outlined above of humans using cannabis in natural settings points towards much insight and creativity gained from cannabis use. Combined with all the evidence of the medical, nutritional and industrial uses, it can be said that humans have benefited much from cannabis, and it has benefited much from us. This is a “win-win” form of coevolution known as “mutualistic symbiosis”.

Other questions then arise: how far back does this relationship go? And where is it headed?

Gardens Long Ago

Our fathers planted gardens long ago…
Whose fruits we reap with joy today;
Their labor constitutes a debt we owe…
Which to our heirs we must repay;
For all crops sown in any land…
Are destined for a future man.

Scientists estimate the first endocannabinoids are over 600 million years old. [29]

There is a theory – the “vestigial receptor hypothesis”, that states that the proto cannabinoid receptor evolved in primitive organisms before the division of animals and plants – about a billion years ago. [30]

It’s an obvious over-simplification, but it’s quite possible that a nettle-like plant had a mutation which reactivated it’s cannabinoid genes and began to ooze THC, which intoxicated and confused animal threats, allowing the mutant plant to survive pests. It’s intoxication may have eventually attracted other animal which the mutant plant hitched a ride with, making the proto-cannabis plant more able to spread it’s seed around.

Cannabis Cave Art from KoreaCannabis Cave Art from KoreaOver millions of years plants have mutated and evolved to have shapes and petals and smells and fruits and nectar, all of which have acted as enticements and rewards for their animal partners. There is even an ant-fungi relationship where the ants take care of the fungus and the fungus helps break down the ant’s food. [31] The cannabis-human relationship is just like the bee-flower relationship or the ant-fungus relationship – a pair of fauna and flora helping each other out – except in our case it’s a bit more complex.

The future of human-cannabis coevolution

“Obama supports the rights of states and local governments to make this choice— though he believes medical marijuana should be subject to [U.S. Food and Drug Administration] regulation like other drugs,” LaBolt said. He said the FDA should consider how marijuana is regulated under federal law, while leaving states free to chart their own course.” – Jacub Sullum [32]

While a few of the more insane and powerful amongst us want cannabis eliminated from planet earth, more than half of us humans respect, enjoy and revere this plant and appreciate what it has to offer – including, hopefully, the new US President. With any luck cannabis is here to stay … at least in some form.

Nettle - cannabis's closest cousin?Nettle – cannabis’s closest cousin? What is ahead for the evolution of cannabis? Our influence on the plant is increasing more and more each day as new breeders seek out different traits. Expect more breakthroughs in breeding for traits we value – such as specific tastes, smells, colors and of course physical and mental effects. Breeding for different effects holds great potential for increasing cannabis’s value to us. I expect some day soon we will all be able to walk into any cannabis compassion club or cafe and select from strains named “Munchies”, “Giggles”, “Pain-B-Gone”, “Sleep”, “Wake Up”, “20minuteOrgasm” and the ever-popular “Fantasia-On-The-Big-Screen”.

And what is ahead for human evolution? The medicinal and nutritional advantages to the human race provided by cannabis are massive. If it was reintroduced into our diets and medicine cabinets to it’s full potential, it could very well help humans evolve into a stronger and more physically and mentally healthy race of beings.

If we humans can overcome the monopolists who control our government and succeed in defeating the monopoly of cannabis production and distribution outside AND within our own community, there might be millions of jobs of cannabis farming, cannabis gardening, cannabis breeding and cannabis retailing that will open up to people of modest means. Other profitable botanical medicines may also be re-examined for their utility, and increase number of people working within the emerging herbal health-care and soft-drug tourism economies. Cannabis could very well help humans evolve beyond poverty.

From p.93 of 'Plants of the Gods' by Schultes and Hoffman, 1992. This is the area that cannabis is thought to originate from. From p.93 of ‘Plants of the Gods’ by Schultes and Hoffman, 1992. This is the area that cannabis is thought to originate from. The economic potential of cannabis could be further expanded by realizing cannabis is the best fuel crop in the world for ethanol production. Some estimate that legal hemp ethanol would cost 15 cents per liter or 50 cents per gallon at the pump! [33] Cannabis even grows in sand! [34] The fact it can grow almost anywhere will increase the areas we can grow fuel in and help us reclaim desert regions for food and fuel production. If cannabis was no longer over-regulated, it could easily compete with and replace the oil-spill causing, oil-war causing, climate-change causing fossil fuels – not to mention making up a large percentage of the sustainable lubrication oils, varnishes, vegi-plastics, pressed fiber board and concrete building materials of the future. This would go a long way in helping humans … not just to evolve, but to survive.

Finally, an end to the drug war and an honest evaluation of it’s racist and monopolistic origins may help humans evolve past the point of using scapegoating as a method of social control. Evolving from “Homo Sapien Beat-eachother-uppus” to “Homo Sapien learn-to-share-the-stuffus” is quite possibly the greatest evolutionary step we could ever make. It’s certainly now or never.

Lacking the massive amount of data needed to be able to call cannabis our “co-evolutionary partner in mutualistic symbiosis”, ancient humans simply referred to it as “the tree of life” and left it at that. Whatever we call it, we must re-legalize this plant and learn to share it now, while a slightly saner type of human is at the helm of the free world. We must not let this opportunity pass, allowing some other anti-cannabis and/or pro-monopolist president to regain the White House and continue a war on our coevolutionary plant partner. We must not let the cannabis war threaten to bring our own evolution to a painful halt. And we must not let the drug war act upon us as a form of “unnatural selection”, choosing only the most obedient, dull and misinformed to provide us with the future generation, leaving the forward-looking people to rot in jail, suffer the indignity of “treatment” for their intelligent preferences, and/or languish in artificial, tyrant-imposed poverty.

BRAKE FREE FROM FDA ROCKEFELLER FOUNDATION & THE AMERICAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION

Very soon, every American will be required to register their biological property (that’s you and your children) in a national system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our security as a charge back for our fiat paper currency.
Every American will be forced to register or suffer being able to work and earn a living. They will be our chattels (property) and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions. Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading (Birth Certificate) to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, secured by their pledges.
They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two should figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability.
After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debts to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor to this fraud, which we will call “Social Insurance.”
Without realizing it, every American will unknowingly be our servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption and we will employ the high office (presidency) of our dummy corporation (USA) to foment this plot against America.” ~ American traitor, the Jew Edward Mandell House giving a very detailed outline of the New World Order plans that were to be implemented gradually over time to enslave the American people ... A PLAN THAT HAS BEEN REPEATED IN CANADA, AUSTRALIA, BRITAIN AND ELSEWHERE. "Even though God created the non-Jew they are still animals in human form. It is not becoming for a Jew to be served by an animal. Therefore he will be served by animals in human form." ~ Midrasch Talpioth, p. 255, Warsaw 1855 "The souls of non-Jews come from impure sprits and are called pigs." ~ Jalkut Rubeni gadol 12b
In 1619, one of the first ever hemp laws was established in the then-named Virginia Assembly. The law required many colonists to grow hemp, fining those who didn’t. They did this because they felt it was so drastically important to the welfare of their society.

As noted by PBS, hemp was actually used as legal tender starting around this time. In the states of Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Maryland, it was like this for roughly 200 years, well into the 19th century, and well after America became an independent nation.

Fast-forward to the 1940s, years past the start of “Reefer Madness” and the introduction of the Marijuana Stamp Act, and the government still understood how important hemp was to our society. The government even went as far as offering World War II draft deferments to farmers who grew hemp, even handing out fertilized Hemp-01-750x750hemp seeds to
farmers themselves.

Just several months after this started, in 1943, farmers who were part of this system (getting a deferment or free hemp seeds) produced over 375,000 acres of hemp.

After that, hemp fell the way of intense propaganda and special interests, with the government no longer discerning between industrial hemp, and psychoactive cannabis.

Skipping ahead many years, this propaganda still rules our legal system, with hemp remaining illegal on the federal level, with the only recent concession being the allowance of state-level hemp research. Although federal legislation continues to be introduced to legalize hemp, it always stalls in both the House and Senate.

Despite this, numerous states have legalized hemp on the state level, with farmers growing it this very minute.

The F.D.A In this video /read me by Anonymous Hacking Group] we will expose the ties between the Rockefeller family chemistry & the pharmaceutical industry.
The Food & Drug administration began life as the Division of the Bureau of Chemistry, long before changing its name to the F.D.A. Food & Drug Administration. It is believed that its name was changed to conceal its chemical industry agenda to blur the dividing line between what is good & what isn't & fulfill Global eugenics sorcery chemical depopulation. It is always provided a type of legal immunity for companies that put chemicals into foods, and to pharmaceutical companies via so called its approvals"; which leave citizens without legal recourse against the chemical industry. these are the original chemists from the Bureau of Chemistry, in 1909 -- that later become the F.D.A.. Bureau of the Food & Drug Administration. It's true job was, and is, to "approve" and sanction products from the chemical industry, and thereby legally shield the chemical industry from us by declaring what is "safe" & what isn't. They routinely privately gather data to share with their chemical industry partners to mitigate liability. For example, contamination information that they hide from the public. These are "P.R.-public relations excuse issues" for them. Good luck winning a case in a U.S. United States Court against a billion dollar chemical company whose products are "F.D.A. approved" and given a G.R.A.S. (Generally' Recognized As Safe) SAFE HARBOR STATUS. These shield the chemical companies, and give them plausible deniability. The modern F.D.A. came into being in 1913 -- the same year that the Rockefeller Foundation was created. The F.D.A. works hand-in-hand with the Rockefeller Foundation & the American Medical Association. The Rockefeller Foundation was founded in 1913, with it's main emphasis upon medicine & medical EDU education. the initial Rockefeller medical school donations totaled over $550,000,000. in 1913 alone, the Rockefeller Foundation gave money to 18 medical schools across 14 countries. It's partners at the F.D.A. began an aggressive campaign of suppressing medicines that competed with the chemical industry. Dr Richard J. Crout, Director of the F.D.A. Bureau of Drugs said in Spotlight on January 18, 1982, I never have & never will approve a new drug to an individual, but only to a large pharmaceutical company with unlimited finances." Suppressed were the natural medicines that their industry could not legally control & monopolize with "drug" (chemical) patents. Natural substances can never be patented. This is why every natural and non-toxic therapy is automatically called "quackery" by the F.D.A., the chemical industry & the medical establishment. Only unnatural (ie, non-organic toxic), from CRUDE OIL/TAR petrochemicals may be patented, & thus, non-toxic medicines are a threat to the corupped business of poison under the name of medicine. A report from the McGill University Press Said in 1919, a five million dollar Rockefeller Foundation gift to certain Canadian medical schools helped bring Canadian medical education to the 20th century. Medicine was not the lucrative market that it is today, so medical schools were begging for the Rockefeller grants that were being handed out to COMPLIANT SCHOOLS. COMPLIANCE to the Rockefeller stipulations required abandoning traditional & natural medicines in lieu of a new genocidic generation of BIO petrochemicals for drugs, & trashing ENTIRE LIBRARIES of past procedures. What happened was a preamble to book burnings, elsewhere, and in some cases, the F.D.A. did indeed have book burnings. Those were dangerous times for traditional naturopathic (non-chemical industry) doctors. All dissenters who embraced the old time-tested holistic & naturopathic methodologies of healing would henceforth be demonized as "quacks" in formal medical training. That was despite some of those "quacks" having Nobel Prizes in medicine, & vastly superior results. It was a carrot & stick strategy. compliant schools were given the carrot (Rockefeller money). Competing doctors were given the stick (F.D.A. police actions). Some Doctors died-were killed or sentenced to life in prison for having cured to many patients with "unapproved" medicine. It is still happening. Don't you feel like being rapped by Rockefeller's F.D.A. by reading this? At stores selling organic (non-chemical) foods. certain cancer-killing vitamins or even raw milk. it is not just the doctors with cures anymore. Curing is illegal, by the way, since no cures are ever approved". Cures mean freedom from chemical dependence: freedom from City Hall, Rockefeller, DuPont, D.E.A. 6630507, F.D.A. 201(ff)(3)(B)(ii), A.C.S, the N.I.C., the A.M.A. & the corrupt major oncology centers. An unholy alliance formed between the American Medical Association, the F.D.A., & the Rockefeller Foundation to insure compliance from the Medical schools, the Rockefeller Foundation Frequently insisted that medical schools place Rockefeller employees on their board of directors. The general Education Board of the Rockefeller Foundation, also approached in 1914, pledged $5000,000 on the condition that the University raised $1.5,000,000 by January 1, 1916 & paid clinical faculty [allopathic doctors only] on a full-time basis. With the Bribed money and the hope of GEB funding, the Yale Corporation & Hospital signed the affiliation contract with the Hospital before the deadline of July 1, 1914." -- Yale University Medical School Web Site. The new legally enforceable medical monopoly paralleled the past Rockefeller monopoly from the petro, bio CRUDE OIL/TAR chemical industry of times past. Instead of owning all petroleum, the Rockefeller SATANIC Empire now controlled virtually all POISONOUS medicine whereby the Rockefeller can now sell many petroleum POISONOUS chemicals, (POISONS in fact) that cannot be utilize as fuel, plastics or synthetics. He owned the lion's share of the chemical industry, which would later be called the "pharmaceutical" industry. Throughout his life, John D. Rockefeller, Sr. refused to take his own medicine, for it is POISON. He used traditional holistic medicines for his own health his entire life. Alongside many of his friends at the F.D.A. & the A.M.A.. after the hijack of the medical schools, the true carnage of polio, heart disease & cancer exploded. "I had a brain cancer specialist sit in my living room & tell me that he would never take radiation if he had a brain tumor, & I asked him, but, do you send people for radiation?' & he said; of course, I'd be drummed out of the hospital if I didn't,''' Said Dr Ralph Moss, Ph.D. winner of 1937 Nobel prize of medicine Gyorgyi, Ph.D., discoverer of vitamin C, winner of 1937 Nobel Prize for medicine said "The American Cancer Society tried to ruin my research foundation. Guess when this organization [American Cancer Society) was founded & by whom. It was founded by John D. Rockefeller Jr. in that MAGIC year 1913, while "donating" at Harvard University. Do you believe that they will someday announce a cure, & cut themselves off from the truckloads of money? A better question would be why vitamin C. was a threat to their mission. What is their maine aim again, oh yah; DEPOPULATION while Gaining the whole World for themselves. According to the U.S. Census, cancer is the 2nd largest killer in the United States, but most of those people die from the POISONS, ah I meen medicine's; not the cancers. Pharmaceutical drugs are the fourth largest killer. The U.S. has the most dangerous drugs, & yet the most expensive medical system in the World, it causes 60% of all U.S. bankruptcies. Dr. Robert Atkins, M.D., (creator of "the Atkins Diet") said "There is not one, but many Cures for cancer available, but they are all being systematically suppressed by the A.C.S, the N.I.C. & the major oncology centers. They have too much of an interest in the status quo." Cancer cure Vitamin B17. (laetrile. In 2007 bitter almonds (not regular almonds) were becoming popular with alternative medicine due to their vitamin B17. content. Health food stores stopped selling B17. in the form of apricot seeds in 2002, due to armed F.D.A raids. There were reports everywhere of cancers being killed merely from patients eating heaping servings of bitter almonds daily. Soon there would be almond extract capsules, so that these same patients would need only to take one cheap, non-toxic pill per day. It did not bode well for the pharmaceutical industry. Hundreds of billions of dollars were about to be lost. The F.D.A. openly banned apricot seeds, & the vitamin B17. extract, because it was successfully curing cancers as an "unapproved drug". The British Government soon followed suit, & did the vary same thing during 2002. people in both countries were arrested & charged for merely selling organic apricot seeds, a carrier of unapproved vitamin B17. (laetrile).
Similar to a year ago, when the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) issued warning letters to six companies, the FDA issued several warning letters to marketers of products with cannabidiol (CBD):

The letters are all fairly similar and criticize health claims made by the company as supplements. Unless the product was marketed before GW Pharma (NASDAQ: GWPH) published clinical trials, the companies can’t make health claims:
FDA has concluded that CBD products are excluded from the dietary supplement definition under section 201(ff)(3)(B)(ii) of the Act [21 U.S.C. § 321(ff)(3)(B)(ii)]. Under that provision, if a substance (such as CBD) has been authorized for investigation as a new drug for which substantial clinical investigations have been instituted and for which the existence of such investigations has been made public, then products containing that substance are outside the definition of a dietary supplement. There is an exception if the substance was “marketed as” a dietary supplement or a conventional food before the new drug investigations were authorized; however, based on available evidence, FDA has concluded that this is not the case for CBD.
Note that this is a very broad attack on the CBD-from-hemp industry and includes products from CannaVest (OTC: CANV) as well as other companies like Endoca and Bluebird Botanicals.
HEALTH FREEDOM ALERT: The FDA assaults CBD extracts, attempts to regulate out of existence but industry pushes back (CORRECTION)

(NaturalNews) MAJOR CORRECTIONS: I'm issuing a huge correction / clarification to this story after speaking with people in the hemp industry. They've pointed out that my article, although posted with the best intentions to help keep CBDs legal and readily available, was freaking out CBD retailers who thought some sort of new law had been passed outlawing CBDs.
In no way did I intend to disrupt CBD retailers with that article! My only goal was to sound the alarm of how to FDA is attempting to destroy this entire industry, and help create a backlash that would keep natural medicine legal in America.
The FDA is trying to destroy the CBD industry with regulatory assaults, but the industry is pushing back (and the weight of the evidence and the science is on the side of the hemp industry). Nevertheless, the FDA is a formidable opponent and they can wage all sorts of regulatory assaults against natural substances they wish to regulate out of existence.
So I've decided to post a serious correction / clarification to this story to make sure nobody misreads what I'm asserting here, and I apologize for any misconstruing of my intention in posting this, which was to ALERT people to the regulatory assaults of the FDA that are trying to destroy the hemp extract industry. As a food scientist and natural medicine activist, I am 100% pro hemp, pro CBDs and pro plant medicine.
Essentially, my use of the term "outlawed" in the title of my original article was misconstrued. By "outlawed," I meant the FDA essentially writes its own "regulatory laws" and has posted a clear statement on its own website which states that CBDs cannot be sold as a dietary supplement. This is a regulatory attack on hemp extracts, but it is not technically a law that was passed by Congress. I regret my choice of the word "outlawed", and I will be more careful in my choice of words when covering this issue in the future. In the article below, I have replaced any reference to "outlawing" with the more accurate terminology of "regulating out of compliance" or similar language.
But make no mistake: Cannabidiol is on the target radar of the FDA, and they are waging a campaign of regulatory intimidation to try to destroy the marketplace. If they get their way, they will EFFECTIVELY outlaw CBDs via regulatory assaults. Their goal is the same: destroy the CBD marketplace.
My hope is that they fail in their efforts, of course.
Original story follows, with corrections as noted above
Hemp oil extracts containing CBDs (cannibidiols) are such a threat to the pharmaceutical industry that the FDA is now invoking totally insane justifications for outlawing them.
UPDATE: This article has caused a tremendous amount of discussion and a lot of disinformation is flying around, so I'm adding these notes for clarification.
One thing I've learned is that the people who sell CBD oil don't even know there is more than one CBD molecule. Some have attacked me for using "cannabidiols" in a plural form, because they are ignorant of the full chemistry of CBD synthesis and molecular variants. Even wikipedia lists seven CBD molecular variations, each with its own name. They are named delta-5-cannabidiol, delta-4-cannabidiol, delta-3-cannabidiol, delta-3,7-cannabidiol, delta-2-cannabidiol, delta-1-cannabidiol and delta-6-cannabidiol. They share the same elements in their molecular composition, but they have variations in their double bonds, meaning they behave slightly differently when interacting with other molecules.
Secondly, the FDA did attempt to "regulate into non-compliance" CBDs as a dietary supplement. It's printed right on the FDA's own website: "12. Can products that contain cannabidiol be sold as dietary supplements? A. No. Based on available evidence, FDA has concluded that cannabidiol products are excluded from the dietary supplement definition..." The FDA has also started sending aggressive warning letters to CBD product marketers.
However, the industry is rightly pushing back against this unjustified regulatory classification by the FDA. In fact, the industry needs to push back even harder, or else the FDA will steamroll everyone...
Some of the people commenting on this article have said you can just sell CBDs as a "food" and not a dietary supplement. UPDATE: Efforts are under way to GRAS list cannabidiol with the FDA, but CBD is not currently GRAS listed, meaning it cannot be sold as a food without attracting regulatory scrutiny from the FDA. I spoke with a highly competent regulatory attorney who confirmed all this.
There is no question that some smaller companies are right now selling hemp oil with CBD content, but this does not mean such sales are immune from FDA regulatory prosecution (and intimidation attempts). The FDA tends to go after larger suppliers first, ignoring smaller suppliers due to its own limited resources. For this reason, smaller suppliers of CBD supplements or hemp oil products containing added CBDs may be able to continue selling such products for a very long time without facing regulatory action. Nevertheless, that regulatory risk is ever present and may be invoked at any time by the FDA to target that company and confiscate its products. Selective prosecution is one of the key regulatory weapons of all federal agencies. This is how they protect their pharma friends and punish the competition. This is why the hemp industry needs to push back HARD against the FDA!
CBDs are non-psychoactive compounds found naturally in hemp plants. They work so well as powerful natural medicine that people everywhere are realizing CBDs work better than pharmaceuticals for treating epilepsy, seizures, neurological disorders and other serious health conditions (including HIV infections).
So the FDA has just launched a massive regulatory assault against CBDs by invoking the most insane logic you've ever heard. Here's how it goes:
1) CBDs work so well that drug companies are now investigating them to be approved by the FDA as medicines.

When the FDA considers a substance to be 'authorized for investigation as a new drug' if it is the subject of an Investigational New Drug application (IND) that has gone into effect." The FDA is now attempting to regulate every natural plant molecule: (vitamins, minerals, enzymes, & exogenous phyto-hormone related compounds) that prevents, treats, or curse disease out of existence as dietary supplements. The FDA's own website: "FDA has concluded that cannabidiol products are excluded from the dietary supplement definition under section 201(ff)(3)(B)(ii) of the FD&C Act. 4) Now the FDA has begun sending warning letters to CBD makers, claiming they are in violation of FDA regulations because they are selling "adulterated products." Adulterated with what, exactly? CBDs, of course! "The debate over hemp CBD’s legal status continues after the FDA sent eight warning letters to manufacturers of CBD dietary supplement and food products." Reports Nutritional Outlook. "The warning letters cite impermissible health claims used to market the products, as well as CBD’s invalid status as a dietary ingredient due to its presence in two drug applications currently under consideration." "Drugs," according to the FDA, are substances that are proven to treat, prevent or cure a disease: (nutrition) But when a dietary supplement company makes the same claim, they are hit with aggressive warning letters from the FDA, threatening to shut them down, confiscate their products and seek criminal prosecution of the company executives. This is how the FDA can instantly criminalize any vitamin or plant extract. Do you see how this twisted, corrupt regulatory tactic can allow the FDA to instantly criminalize any dietary supplement, vitamin, herb or plant extract? Vitamin D, for example, could be outlawed by the FDA announcing that it has granted "Investigational New Drug application (IND)" status to any drug company studying vitamins under the pharmaceutical drug defamation. Using this same corrupt, mafia-style tactic, the FDA could essentially "outlaw" resveratrol or even vitamin C, denying Americans the right to access safe, affordable, natural substances that are routinely found in nature. It's time to end the FDA's monopolization over natural plant molecules Any time a healing substances is found in nature, the FDA can simply assert that such molecules are now in the process of being studied as drugs and are therefore illegal to sell as dietary supplements even though they are recurring in Nature, not drug companies. This FDA tactic is nothing more than the FDA proclaiming intellectual monopolies over all molecules of interest found in nature. It is Monsanto-like in its arrogance and wickedness, and it deprives the People of their right to access medicinal plants and healing substances that have existed in nature for thousands of years long before the FDA ever came into existence in(1906). If we do not stop this FDA, we are all doomed to living under a totalitarian regulatory regime that will systematically criminalize every healing molecule found in nature, from the curcuminoids in turmeric root to green tea catechins and even phycocyanins found in spirulinam. That this federal agency has now resorted to such tactics of medical totalitarianism and outright tyranny is proof that we need to strip the FDA of regulatory powers over natural dietary supplements and limit its domain to pharmaceutical drugs only And reinstate the use of industrial HEMP and raw cannabis as a food source.
A 60 gram supply of cannabis oil is recommended for those suffering from serious disease such as cancer. Each tube is 10 grams. pictured here is enough to treat one cancer patient & only $600 to 1,200 total. The health care industry would charge you that much for the first night in the hospital. The United States Government manipulated by the people to hide the federal name, has known since 1974 that cannabis kills cancer. In 1972 Richard Nixon wanted a larger budget for his war on drugs. He thought if he could prove that cannabis damages the immune system causing lung cancer like cigarettes do, he would get the support he needed. He gave the Medical College of Virginia, who had been funded by the national institute of health 2 years to do the study on the effects of THC on the body. In 1974 the study was completed, it turns out they found instead when THC is ingested in highly concentrated forms, such as eating cannabis oil will attack any mutated cells in your body, why'll strengthening & rejuvenating the healthy cells. The researchers found instead that THC slowed the growth of three kinds of cancer in mice. they found the perfect cure for cancer. It worked fast. It worked well, it worked on many forms of cancer in all stages & it had zero harmful side effects unlike chemotherapy which deteriorates the entire body which is known to kill 1 in 5 patients. Not only can cannabis cure cancer, it also has been proven that it can dissolve all forms of tumors & can even combat super bugs like MRSA. When Richard Nixon saw the results of the study, he got furious. He through the entire report in the trash & deemed the study classified. In 1976 president Gerald ford had the DEA quickly shut down the Virginia study and all further public cannabis tumor research and granted exclusive research rights to major pharmaceutical companies who set out unsuccessfully to develop synthetic forms of THC that would deliver all the medical benefits without the so called high. since they were unable to develop a synthetic form of THC that was as good as natural real THC, Ronald Reagan commissioned Dr. Heath/Tulane University to kill Rhesus monkies with carbon monoxide poisoning

Damage and Dead Monkeys ! In 1974, California Governor Ronald Reagan was asked about decriminalizing marijuana.
After producing the Heath/Tulane University study, the so-called "Great Communicator" proclaimed, "The most reliable scientific sources say permanent brain damage is one of the inevitable results of the use of marijuana." (L.A. Times)
The report from Dr. Heath had concluded that Rhesus monkeys, smoking the equivalent of only 30 joints a day, began to atrophy and die after 90 days.
And ever since, dead brain cells found in monkeys who were forced to smoke marijuana has been given maximum scare play in federal booklets and government sponsored propaganda literature against pot.
Senator Eastland of Mississippi used it throughout the mid-1970s to horrify and stop national legislators from supporting NORML's decriminalization bills in Congress, mostly sponsored by the late Senator Jacob Javitts of New York.
Reports of the study have also been distributed by the hierarchy of drug rehabilitation professionals as part of their rationalization for wanting to get kids off pot, based on supposed scientific studies. It is used to terrorize parent groups, church organizations, etc., who redistribute it still further.
Heath killed the half-dead monkeys, opened their brains, counted the dead brain cells, and then took control monkeys, who hadn't smoked marijuana, killed them too, and counted their brain cells. The pot smoking monkeys had enormous amounts of dead brain cells as compared to the "straight" monkeys.
Ronald Reagan's pronouncement was probably based on the fact that marijuana smoking was the only difference in the two sets of monkeys. Perhaps Reagan trusted the federal research to be real and correct. Perhaps he had other motives.
Whatever their reasons, this is what the government ballyhooed to press and PTA, who trusted the government completely.
In 1980, Playboy and NORML finally received for the first time after six years of requests and suing the government an accurate accounting of the research procedures used in the infamous report:
When NORML/Playboy hired researchers to examine the reported results against the actual methodology, they laughed.
The Facts:
Suffocation of Research Animals
As reported in Playboy, the Heath "Voodoo" Research methodology involved strapping Rhesus monkeys into a chair and pumping them with equivalent of 63 Colombian strength joints in "five minutes, through gas masks," losing no smoke. Playboy discovered that Heath had administered 63 joints in five minutes over just three months instead of administering 30 joints per day over a one-year period as he had first reported. Heath did this, it turned out, in order to avoid having to pay an assistant's wages every day for a full year.
The monkeys were suffocating! Three to five minutes of oxygen deprivation causes brain damage"dead brain cells." (Red Cross Lifesaving and Water Safety Manual) With the concentration of smoke used, the monkeys were a bit like a person running the engine of a car in a locked garage for 5, 10, 15 minutes at a time every day!
The Heath Monkey study was actually a study in animal asphyxiation and carbon monoxide poisoning.
Among other things, Heath had completely (intentionally? incompetently?) omitted discussion of the carbon monoxide the monkeys inhaled.
Carbon monoxide, a deadly gas that kills brain cells, is given off by any burning object. At that smoke concentration, the monkeys were, in effect, like a person locked in a garage with the car engine left running for five, 10, 15 minutes at a time every day!
All subsequent researchers agree the findings in Heath's experiment regarding marijuana were of no value, because carbon monoxide poisoning and other factors were totally left out and had not been considered in the report. This study and others, like Dr. Gabriel Nahas' 1970s studies, tried to somehow connect the THC metabolites routinely found in the fatty tissue of human brains, reproductive organs, and other fatty areas of the body to the dead brain cells in the suffocated monkeys. The government passed off the brain cell death rate contributed from carbon monoxide, ah THC in order to squash it. In 19 83 the Reagan Bush administration told universities and researchers to destroy all 1966-76 cannabis research work.
Now, in 1999, 17 years have passed and not a single word of Dr. Heath's or Dr. Nahas' research has been verified! But their studies are still hauled out by the Partnership for a Drug Free America, the Drug Enforcement
Administration, city and state narcotics bureaus, plus politicians and, in virtually all public instances, held up as scientific proof of the dangers of marijuana.
This is U.S. government propaganda and disinformation at its worst! The public paid for these studies and has the right to the correct information and history being taught in our taxpayer sponsored schools.
In 1996, Gabriel Nahas, in France, sued Mishka, the translator of the French edition of this book, "L'Emperor est Nu!", for damages. Mishka wrote that Nahas' studies were viewed by the world as garbage. The French court, upon hearing all the testimony by Nahas, and after Nahas had spent an quivalent of tens of thousands of American dollars on legal fees, awarded him its highest insult: one franc, the equivalent of approximately 15 cents American for damages, and no legal fees! We only found out about the Nixon, Marijuana, and the Shafer Commission study a few years ago thinks to dedicated medical & law professionals who filed freedom of rights of information request. the government lied for many reasons, one of the main reason is pharmaceutical companies spend billions every year lobbying to keep cannabis illegal for the fact is they make trillions off cancer drugs & research. they are already aware that cannabis cures cancer. They have a grate con going at the moment. Cancer patients & their loved ones will have to spend their entire life savings or even sell their houses & businesses in order to pay for chemotherapy & other cancer treatment drugs. a lot of the time they spend & all that money spent, still their loved ones die anyway. if the public found out that the government had been lying for over 40 years, that millions of lives could have been saved & the dying could grow the cure they needed in their own back yard the public would go ANARCHY. smoking cannabis dose not cure cancer, eating, juicing, or eating cannabis oil does.
What is the significance of U.S. government patent number 6 million 630,507. The U.S. government has a patent on cannabis. This official government document unequivocally states that cannabinoids are useful in the prevention and treatment of a wide variety of diseases including autoimmune disorders, Stroke, Trauma, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, HIV, Dementia, cancer and Nausea, The patent, awarded in 2003 is based on research done by the national institute of health and is assigned to the U.S. department of health and human services. So! Why is this important? here is a legal document in the public domain, which flies in the face of the U.S. government's stated position with regard to the classification of cannabis as a scheduled 1 substance having no currently excepted medical use. Spread word of this to everyone you know. Citing this pattern will stop the medical marijuana is a myth advocates dead in their tracts. They simply cannot argue with it. The forces that will keep cannabis illegal are vocal and well funded, but they are not impervious to persistent effort. The lynchpin in the war on drugs is cannabis. Without the suppression and interdiction of this popular and widely used substance, have simply would not be enough for legal drug used going on to justify the huge amount of money and resources spent on fighting drugs. I believe disseminating this information to as many people as possible is a crucial strategy in loosening the lynchpin's stranglehold in order to awaken public conscious perception on the fundamental importance of safe aguaculture, ecological, industrial hemp and medical cannabis. The war on drugs is a failed and destructive policy, marijuana smokers are not a threat to society. One day, the existence of this irrefutable patent will become widely held public knowledge and the government's rhetoric will be shown to be as hollow as a busted drum. A world where alcohol is a perfectly legal substance attainable almost everywhere yet cannabis users are outlawed in present of their possessions stolen by the courts; quite simply: offense reason!
And Today Big
Pharma Are Making Billions....
Millions Are Dying From Their Drugs.... And The Rockefeller's.... Well They Are Part Of The New World Order (LUCIFERIANS ILLUMONATI) Millions Are Dying In Plain Sight As Well Helps Their Population Reduction Plan Although David Rockefeller just passed away his families legacy of depopulation plan will carry on unless we do something about it. you possess the power to impact the global narrative & to be part of the history

Jaka has noticed that there are similarities of the endocannabinoid and the biophotonic system. The biophotonic system is namely our electromagnetic field, consisting of photons, weak wave-particles of the visual spectrum. According to the energy theory, the photons are the building blocks of the universe, originating in time before there were any elements or atoms. Photons have a remarkable ability to connect and form frequency nets. Their communication is instant regardless of distances. Photons can also save information as memories. Large quantities of photons can be stored in crystals for unlimited time and activated later or transformed into another kind of energy. Both ECS and PBS, are concentrated mainly in the brain and spine cerebellum, Corpus callosum body of fornix, pituitary gland, especially in the thalamus and the cortex. Photonic therapy has much milder, though similar effect as cannabis therapy, namely antidepression and neurogenesis. While the ECS is responsible for the short term memory, the BPS is responsible for the long term memory. Jaka thinks it is no coincidence, that THC, CBD, CBN and all the other 82 known cannabinoids are concentrated in the hemp crystals, as photonic energy can concentrate in crystals and the ECS can in essence be viewed as energy transfer between the subatomic level and the molecular level.

HOW CANNABIS OIL WORKS IN THE HUMAN BODY on youtube Obesity, particularly abdominal obesity and the associated cardio metabolic complications are critical areas of investigation. The endocannabinoid system helps to regulate the central control of energy balance and peripheral metabolic processes, both of which may contribute to cardio metabolic risk factors ENDOCANNABINOID SYSTEM an overview. The endocannabinoid system or ECS influences multiple physiologic processes. This intricate system moderates energy intake as well as nutrients transport, metabolism and storage. The ECS regulates these processes through andodgelis ligands such as anandamide, 2 erekidonal glycerol and the CB1 receptor. CB1 receptors are located in the brain, digestive tract, muscle and adipose tissue. integration of these central and peripheral ECS components is achieved through neuronal and hormonal singling. ENDOCANNABINOID BIOLOGY Within the brain CB1 receptors are among the most abundant G protein coupled receptors, however in contrast to classical singling where information travails from pre to post Synaptic neurons the ECS uses retrograde singling. The information travails from post to pre synaptic neuron. Let's take a closer look at this mechanism using a glutamate turgic neuron model. When in action protintural reaches the axiom terminal maim brain depolarization triggers the release of glutamate. Glutamate binds to post synaptic glutamate receptors inducing calcium channels to open. During periods of intense neural activity, calcium accumulates in the post synaptic neuron. This calcium buildup causes the synthesis and release of endocannabinoids from maim brain lipids. Diffusing across the synaptic cleft, the cannabinoids bind to the CB1 receptor activating the G protein. Activation influences ion flow. The result, suppression of pre synaptic neural transmitter release endocannabinoids are subsequently taken back into the cell and intermatically degraded. In addition to acting as neural messengers ENDOCANNABINOIDS mediate paracrine and autocuing signaling in adipocyte's podocyte's and other cells. ENDOCANNABINOID SYSTEM APPETITE, MOTIVATION AND SATIETY Endocannabinoid system activity in the central nerves system regulates food intake. for example ECS stimulation by hunger and fasting signals, stimulates apatite and increases the palatability of food. endocannabinoids slow gastric emptying and GI transit and appear to stimulate secretion of ghrelin a neural peptide that increases apatite and food intake. After eating polosistic quinine in the droning triggers satiety signals. Subsequently ECS activity is decreased through suppression of CB1 expression. An increase in the adiposity hormone lepton decrease endocannabinoid levels in the athepatimos and decreases food intake. ENDOCANNABINOID SYSTEM PERIPHERAL METABOLIC REGULATION ECS regulation of peripheral metabolism influences energy balance. Stimulation of the ECS increases food intake and adiposity. Conversely blocking CB1 receptors reduces food intake and adiposity. In the liver ECS stimulation can lead to lipogenesis through the activation of hepatic lipogenic enzymes and increase fatty acid synthesis. ENDOCANNABINOID SYSTEM DYSLIPIDEMIA AND GLUCOSE HOMEOSTASIS Chronic stimulation of the ECS is associated with dyslipidemia. Activation of CB1 receptors increases expression of SREDP1C a lipogenic transcription factor and increase fatty acid synthesis. SREDP1C increases production of lipogenic enzymes ACC1 and fatty acid synthase. Increase fatty acid synthesis can lead to production of large triglyceride rich VLDL. Large triglyceride rich VLDL sets the stage for the atherogenic lipid profile of small dense LDL, decreased levels of apron protective HDL and overall increases in cholesterol and triglycerides levels. Adiponectin, another hormone secreted by adipocytes regulates lipid and glucose metabolism. Adiponectin is believed to regulate fatty acid oxidation in muscle and liver thus improving insulin sensitivity. CB1 receptor stimulation in adipocytes reduces Adiponectin, while CB1 blockade increases Adiponectin synthesis. Metabolic deregulation leads to a constellation of symptoms including abdominal obesity, atherogenic dyslipidemia, hypotension, insulin resistance, prothrombotic state and proinflammatory state. As basic and clinical research progresses we will continue to increase our understanding of the central and peripheral endocannabinoid system and it's roll in the regulation of metabolic function.
In the normal transmission of pain ascending nose septic signals travail up the spinal caloric pathway to the thalamus where they are processed and relayed to cortical and other areas. The ascending pathway also relays to the Periaqueductal gray matter, an important part of the descending pain modulating system where specific cannabinoid receptors are located. Stimulation of the Periaqueductal gray is known to produce an analgesic effect, however this neuroregulatory proses is thought to be tonically restricted by inhibitory gabaergic off cells. Ascending pain signals relay through the Periaqueductal gray suppress the activity of gabaergic off cells through cannabinoid modulation thereby increasing activity in the descending pain modulation pathway and increasing the analgesic effect. This is called depolarization induced suppression of inhibition. A synaptic feedback mechanism is believed to be an inherent part of our normal neuroregulatory processes Including descending pain modulation. In many regions of the CNS including the Periaqueductal gray the generation of postsynaptic action potentials is modified by an endogenous cannabinoid regulatory system. Endogenous cannabinoids are synthesize on demand from the phospholipid bilayer of the post synaptic midbrain. These lipophilic ligands are released directly into the synaptic cleft and act in retrograde fashion on the presynaptic neuron where the cannabinoid receptors are expressed. Binding of the endogenous cannabinoids effects intracellular signal transduction pathways reducing the influx of calcium ions into the presynaptic neuron causing a decrees in further neurotransmission release. This intern influences the frequency of post synaptic firing. The administration of exogenous cannabinoids orally work through inhalation may therefore provide an option for treating pain that has responded parley to conventional pain therapy. When exogenous cannabinoids are administered orally they travail veal the GI tract to the liver where they are metabolized before entering the blood stream and then the CNS. The onset of action from oral administration is less rapid compared to the inhaled route. When exogenous cannabinoids are inhaled they travail through the respiratory tract to the alveoli of the lung where they defuse rapidly into the circulatory system. They thin travail through the blood stream toured the CNS where they defuse across the blood brain barrier and into the surrounding tissues of the brain and spinal cord. Exogenous cannabinoids exert their modulatory effects upon the abundant cannabinoid receptors distributed throughout the CNS. The effects of cannabinoids may be illustrated by comparing three normal synapses showing normal pain transmission, the influences of endogenous cannabinoids and the influence of exogenous cannabinoid administration. Exogenous cannabinoids from the blood stream bind to cannabinoid receptors on the presynaptic neuron and mimic the endogenous synaptic modulatory effect by decreasing influx of calcium ions in this way pain and other neural processes are modulated. The clinical effects of exogenous cannabinoid administration are not limited to pain and have proven effects including the reduction of anxiety, spasticity, anorexia and nausea. The development of normal drugs to modulate endogenous cannabinoid reuptake in metabolism may also prove beneficial in pain therapy. The therapeutic benefits of cannabinoids including the modification of the endogenous cannabinoid singling system should be further explored through clinical research
