The Dutch Government, Stop Discrimination And Human Rights Violations

THIS IS ME, MOHAMED FARAH, PLEASE SUPPORT MY PETITION TO STOP DISCRIMINATION AND HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION BY THE DUTCH GOVERNMENT.

Introduction
Ever since I was trying to make difference, to change and improve myself and skills, because I was considering myself to be good, energetic, hardworking, visionary and motivated person who believes that I could do something for the benefit of my people back home in Somalia, as I arrived in the Netherlands I prepared myself and started a University, I had several goal to achieve during my stay in the Netherlands, but that did not happen due for the will of the almighty God, because Allah has a knowledge of everything in his creation, nothing occurs except by his will, and human beings are given free will, and it must be made clear that destiny does not have a cause and effect influence on the choices humans make, therefore I believe that every single step I am taking is written by the almighty God and consequently there is no regret.

Dear brothers and sisters I am a victim of toxic and other biological chemicals that has been used in my house through the ventilation over the past three years, there are also many other elements used as well including lesser, and this is the secret way of killing people in the Netherlands, I don’t know yet the main reason behind this, I have reported to the police many times but being neglected and discriminated, not only discrimination but this was extreme, beyond reasonable mind and a violation of human rights, however on January 2013 after two years, I was told clearly that I am a victim by the police, I was also told that I have a right to claim a compensation from the ministry of justice, but there is confusion here in which I would like to make it very clear, during the investigation of the police, the police were very smart, they associated in between two object, they stole my bike and I report the loss of my bike, then they link the two together in order to confuse me, but I did understand very well, when I received the forms for the compensation I needed information from the police based on their investigation to fill the forms, but the police rejected and insisted that they will fill the forms, they kept all the information confidential, and being as a victim I have a legal rights under the legal procedure of the country to receive the right information, I have never being notified and informed by the police, the police ask me to get a lawyer, because they speak the same language of discrimination, I have met at least 5 lawyers, but the lawyers also manipulated me and tried to convince that there is nothing going on, for the reason that, the lawyers, the police and the perpetrators contacted, the ministry of justice, and the court sent me letter saying that they punished the criminals for only 400 euros and the case has been dismissed, I made a complain to the court and the Minister of Justice, the minister of justice recommended me to contact to the National Ombudsman that if I have problem with the Government, the National Ombudsman asks question to the government in front of you and also documented and broadcast through the local media, however the National Ombudsman rejected my request, now I have received an invitation letter to go to the court for a hearing from me, nevertheless I am not confident with them about the way they handled my case in the past.

On the other hand, recently I came to know another thing, that there is a third party claiming my responsibility, and that is a young girl, my former classmate, we don’t know each other but she and her group spent over 150,000 km over the past two and half years for following me, she is my imaginary friend which does not exist anymore, she lives 50 miles from where I live, however they attached with me so that she could earn benefit for the sake of me including health benefits, she has been the places that I have been through to convince that we have been together, though we never have had a single moment, on the other hand they collected data and review back to the camera, don’t know the main reason perhaps they could make a documentary film, but this is not fair and it’s a violation of my rights, in addition to this she used all companies including telecom and energy companies, these companies will charge you extra money, the extra money will be given to the young girl, if you don’t pay on time then the money will be increased this is quite illegal but normal in the Netherlands, this is a part of Identity theft in the form of insider threat which means that the criminal minded employees who are working in the different sectors of the country are doing such illegal activities.

The reason why my observation took long time then expected is that I was isolated, as well as because Einstein is quoted as having said that if he had one hour to save the world he would definitely spend fifty-five minutes defining the problem and only five minutes finding the solution. I did the same 99% I was defining the root causes of my problem looking at different perspectives and angles since they kept all the information confidential and provided information to the criminals so that they could bring up fabricated and false evidence to defend their point. This is a violation of my rights according to the European commission criminal justice and the rights of the victims, the directive establishment minimum standards on the rights, support and protection of the victims of crime; I did not receive a respectful treatment and recognition within the justice system and by society at large, I did not receive a protection both from intimidation, retaliation and further harm by the accused or suspected and they kept all information confidential, and I have significant evidence, I did not receive a support from the government including immediate assistance following a crime whether a physical or psychological assistance and practical assistance during proceedings to help victims understand, participate and to reduce their distress, I never have had access to justice to ensure that I’m fully aware of my rights and understand them both linguistically and legally, are able to provide additional information and to participate in proceedings; and finally I did not receive my compensation and restoration whether through financial damages paid by the State or by the offender or through mediation.
