Thank you to all who have participated in this petition. At these trying and tumultuous times when a social media post or a tweet has real consequences against the lives of the messengers especially if you go against the mainstream, all of you were brave to sign this petition. All we can do now is pray that a just and fair result will suffice after the special counsel's investigation.
The special counsel to investigate the Trump-Russia collusion allegation was created by Rod Jay Rosenstein who was an Obama appointee prior to being assigned as the Deputy Attorney General. James Comey`s leaking of his memo to the media prompted this move to create the special counsel. Many have raised concerns about this as being rigged and manipulated to hurt the Trump administration. The special counsel appointed is Bob Meuller who is James Comey`s mentor and long-time friend. Mr. Mueller has now hired his team of investigators and they have all donated to the Democratic Party. How can the people of the U.S.A. who voted or supports Donald Trump expect a fair and balanced probe on this matter if the investigators have axe to grind with the country`s duly elected president? Even the appearance of conflict of interest is enough reason for termination of the special counsel.
We, the undersigned, call on the United States Department of Justice and the United States Congress to eliminate the very biased special counsel team and instead create a fair and bi-partisan enquiry or probe team on this matter. To deter top Republicans from turning a blind eye on this unfair situation at hand, we also pledge to stop any form of donation to the Republican National Committee until this matter has been resolved & our request has been granted. How can the Republican Party expect their constituents` full support if they continue to ignore this travesty of justice against the President of the United States?
