The majority of our politicians in Washington have been hung up on ideology of each of the parties and not representing the American people. Therefore, we the people would like to limit the terms that each house can be elected for.
The House of Representatives should be limited to two (4) year terms, thus eliminating the need to have an election campaign every two years giving more time to getting things don. The Senate would be limited to two (6 year term).
This could be accomplished by getting each state to set the limits and elections to be held.
We the undersigned call on each Governor to submit legislation to limit the time that their Representative in Washington can serve.
For the House Of Representatives two (4yr) terms and for the Senate two (6 yr) terms.
