Albany has cut $143 Million from MTA Funding, which means service cuts are back on the table again, and possible elimination.

This means service cut that announced on Doomsday will be back, but fare hike on both MTA, Atlantic Express X23/X24 under contract with New York City Department of Transportation and Westchester County Department which operates Bee-Line Bus System, Roosevelt Island Tramway operating by Roosevelt Island Operation Corporation will not go up on 2010.

Here is what happening on following service cuts on MTA. Subways:
(W) train which operates between Astoria-Ditmars Blvd in Queens to Lower Whitehall St in Lower Manhattan will be eliminated, and (N) train will replace (W) north of Canal St, with (Q) express will be extended to Astoria-Ditmars Blvd. Also, (N) train will operates over Manhattan Bridge and stations at Lawrence, Court Sts in Downtown Brooklyn and Whitehall, Rector, Cortlandt Sts, and City Hall Stations will be closed during LATE NIGHT.

Rush Hour (M) will only operate Metropolitan Av-Middle Villages, Queens and Broad St in Manhattan only, resulting no Southern Brooklyn service for (M) riders.
Along with (M), rush hour (Z) peak express will come to end with skip-stop service on (J)(Z) discontinued, and (J) makes all stops with some (J) terminate at Chambers St.

Also, (G) train service will terminate at Court Sq at all times, resulting no Queens Blvd local service on Evening after 9pm, Weekends and Late Nights.
All B Division lines (A), (B), (C), (D), (E), (F), (G), (J), (M), (N), (Q), (R), (Z), Franklin Av and Rockaway Park Shuttles will have every 10 minutes headways instead of 7-8 minutes. All subway lines during the late night hours from 2am to 5am might be every 30 minutes headways similar to PATH's late night headways.

Here are following low-ridership buses are targeted for elimination in all boroughs and Nassau County, which operated by MTA Long Island Bus.:

In Brooklyn:
Weeekend express bus service on X27 and x28 will be eliminated. Late night service will be eliminated on following routes:
B7, B14, B31, B45, B48, B57, B64, B65, B67, B77, Bx10.
Here are schedule changes on following buses.
Begin weekday service later on B16, B69, B70, B71 and end Weekday Service Earlier on B2, B4, B9, B11, B13, B16, B69.
Saturday service on B9 begins later and ends earlier.
Portion of eliminated on B13, resulting no service north of Myrtle-Wyckoff Av Stations.
Weekend service will be eliminated on B2, B4, B7, B16, B24, B48, B57, B65, B69, B71, B75.
B23, B25, B37, B39 and weekday B51 service will no longer operates.

In the Bronx:
Late Night service will be eliminated on Bx10.
For schedule change, Bx33 weekday service will begin later.
Bx26 will no longer serve northern Co-Op city; Bx28 will no longer serve Asch Loop, Bx28 will no longer serve northern Co-Op City and Asch Loop, and no Bx30 on Asch Loop.
On weekends, Bx18, Bx233 will be eliminated while Bx8 Sunday service will be eliminated.

Bx4, Bx14, Bx20, and Bx34 buses will no longer operate.
There will be no longer BxM7B Rush Hour Service between City Island and Midtown Manhatan.

In Queens:
There will be no late night service on Q30.
Schedule change on following buses.
Q42 and Q79 will have weekday service end earlier.
Q48 Sunday service will end earlier, resulting no late night Sunday service.
Q24 will no longer serve Broadway west of Broadway Junction Station.
Weekend service will be eliminated on Q14, Q31, Q76 while Q79 will have no Saturday service.
There will no service on Weekday only Q26, Q74, Q75, and X32 School Day express service and no daily service on Q56 and Q84.
There will be no weekday express bus service on QM22 and no rush hour service on QM23 between Queens and Midtown Manhattan.
At several subway stations, several full time booths will be closed, or become part-time, well as Station Customer Assistant kiosks.

In Staten Island:
S57 and S66 service will begin weekday service later.
Weekday service will end earlier on S54 and S60.
There will be no weekend service on S42, S54, S57, S60, and S76.
In additional Staten Island Railway Baseball Service from Tottenville and shuttle from St. George's Ferry will be eliminated, resulting Staten Island Yankees fan must walk on boardwalk and Ballpark station will be closed.
X23/X24 Atlantic Express takeover will be cancelled.

In Manhattan:
There will be no late night service on M1, M2, M16, M22, M23, M42, M50, M66, M79, M96, M102, M103, M104.
Here are following schedule changing on following buses:
Weekday service will begin later on M11, M20, M21.
Weekday service will end earlier on M21 only.
Saturday service will begin late on M20, M100, m116, end end earlier on M20.
M20 will begin Sunday service later.
There will be no weekend service on M10, M21, M22, M50.
No service on M6, M8, M10, M18, M27 and weekday only M30 and X25.

In addition, there will be no M1 Weekend service between Harlem-106th St & East Village-8th St, required Park Av riders must walk to 5th, Mad, Lex or 3rd Avs to catch their buses.
There will be no M15 bus service to/from City Hall and M21 will no longer serve Bellevere Hospital. In replacement, M9 will replace M15 City Hall in southern terminal, while northern section will replace M21. M21 will become Houston St Crosstown Only. In additional, M20 will be extended to South Ferry to replace M9 bus service.

Nassau County
N2 rush hour service between Green Acres Mall and Jamaica-165th St will no longer operate reguired all N2 to terminate at Floral Park.
Weekday-Saturday Service on N51/N80, School Day service on N65/N66, and weekday N67 service and rush hour shuttle service on N53 and N93 will no longer operate. Also summer N87 Hickvilles-Jones Beach bus service will no longer operate.
