This petition is about the youth and bmx riding communtity a place to practise their talent and meet with their friends in a safe place, rather than travveling across the suburbs of Brisbane, which can be quite dangerous.
The idea is that the large bmx community of Tarragindi, would be able to apreciate and access a decent skatepark that they can enjoy without making trouble with law around the streets by keeping them occupied and out of trouble, also if their is a skatepark created then riders wont be damaging private property by making jumps and grinds around the streets.
This petition is calling upon upon the Brisbane City Council or even the Queensland State Government, to build a skatepark capable for BMX riders, preferably that over skatboarders. As tarragindi is a big BMX community.
