Many individuals utilize offers from Tapjoy Inc., completing tasks that are advertised through Tapjoy directly or inside online or app games with the contractual agreement that the individual will be rewarded i.e. compensated in game currency at the rate that Tapjoy offers for each task once they have completed it.

Unfortunately, Tapjoy does not always compensate the gamers for their services rendered, leaving these individuals less then whole at the end of the transaction.

Tapjoy Inc. offers a way to contact the company to notify them when currency is not received called a support request, but in many cases individuals find that the only reply to these requests from Tapjoy is an automatic response confirming delivery of the request and asking for additional information. But even after that information is sent to Tapjoy, Tapjoy does not follow up with further support so no further resolve occurs and the individual is never compensated.

THIS PETITION SEEKS REDRESS FROM TAPJOY IN THE FORM OF GAME CURRENCY FOR THE SIGNERS OF THIS PETITION WHO WERE NEVER COMPENSATED WITH REWARDS FOR OFFERS COMPLETED I.E. SERVICES RENDERED, ALONG WITH AN ADDITIONAL 25% REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE TIME THE PETITIONERS LOST WHILE ATTEMPTING TO RESOLVE THE MATTER WITH TAPJOY WHO FAILED TO DO SO.
