We, the undersigned, are employees and supporters of Terry Merrill, General Manager Holiday Inn Kingston Waterfront.
We are deeply saddened and shocked to hear of his unexpected resignation. Terry, has , in the last year brought a level of commitment, cohesiveness and direction that has been an example for all of the staff at the Holiday Inn Kingston. Terry has worked with and mentored all of the management and staff and success of the hotel is a direct result of all of his commitment.
What he has done to turn around the hotel is 1 year proves that he is the right man for the job. As we all know, this is Terry's dream job, and it is reflected in the success this hotel is now seeing.(ie/ increase in OSAT, dedication and commitment of staff)
