I, Manuela Washington, living at 1942 Bretton Ln, York, PA 17408 am requesting a variance to run a group home daycare from my property.
This would mean that I could care for 12 unrelated children with the help of a qualified assistant. I am willing to follow and abide by all requirements put forth by the State, which will include but are not limited to safety regulations, health codes, certifications, and regular inspections.

The current condition of being in a residential neighborhood is prohibiting me from obtaining a special uses permit from the township.
We, the undersigned, call on the West Manchester Township Zoning Board to allow for the variance so that Manuela Washington can proceed with her plans to operate a group home daycare from her property.
We understand that she is in a residential neighborhood but feel that allowing this variance will not cause any type of negative impact to the neighborhood and can provide much needed affordable service to many local residents.
